Perfect location, houses were exactly what we needed for our group. The private pool made afternoons very relaxing after boating all day.
The private boat basin and kayaks were the icing on the cake!

This is the second time that we have rented this home and it is by far our favorite. We rent several a year. It has beautiful landscaping and is in a great location. Kitchens are stocked very well and having the guesthouse is just amazing and gives the other 2 couples plenty of privacy and space. The pool is amazing. Location is perfect for renting a boat, sitting by the pool or just relaxing under a palm tree.

The size of the house and guest house was perfect for our large group! It was really nice having the guest house on the same property. We really enjoyed the pool and kayaks. The house could use some TLC, you can tell it has been well loved, a once through with maintenance and touch up paint would help tremendously. The location was perfect, close to everything.

What a wonderful place! Pool was awesome, boat access and location was exceptional, and house was perfectly laid out for our extended family with kids and infants. House and guest house were in great condition, all the needed amenities were there, and easy check in. Kikis right down the road was a fun spot for dinner.

We had a good time. Location is great. Interior condition of rooms pretty nice for old keys style. Exterior of building needs pressure cleaning and painting. Patio deck needs pressure cleaning and painting. Mold on exterior house and pool deck. Looks like no exterior care whatsoever. Major seaweed at ramp and stairs leading into water very slippery with mold.

The location was excellent. Close to several local amenities (fishing charter, boat rental, local pub) and easy out to US1. There was room to accommodate everyone. The pool was nice and the patio was very accommodating for a large group. There were some issues with cleanliness which we easily resolved on our own. The place is tired and needs some updating/repairs.

The property is what made our week stay so amazing. The kids loved being on the water and loved the pool. There are kayaks on-site and we brought a paddle board that we used daily. Right from the dock we saw sharks, barracuda, parrot fish, and an octopus.
The house had plenty of space for multiple families to spread out. All around, a great house and property. Close to Bahia Honda and not a far drive to Key West either- get location!

First off... always love coming to this location. Our family has been coming for 10+ years; since 2010. Price has increased tremendously. The home has had some updates but could use more. Same towels, wash cloths, and dish cloths. I even brought my own years ago and left them there. They're still there. I also brought and left my own pots and pans. Newer than what is there. This stay, for a family of 8; we had 8 wash cloths total. Please buy some more from the $ store. Small price for update/new towels and wash cloths/dish cloths. Total house inside and out needs a fresh coat of paint. Outdoor areas had a lot of debris and cigarette butts laying around. Disappointed it's not kept up better. Especially for the amount we paid for the week. Over $6300.00. Very nice set up and location; just can't afford it anymore.

This place was great plenty of room and great location only problem we had was outside cleaning could use some attention there is a tree outside the back door that drops stuff that tracks inside the place other than that awsome place I would come back for sure

This home is ideal for boating out to Looe Key to dive or snorkel and to lobster in the gulf. The home wasn't quite ready for us to check in at 4pm but Cindi was kind enough to buy us a couple of bottles of wine to compensate. The house was clean and plenty of room for our families. We loved spending time in the pool. The onsite boat ramp was too shallow to launch our boat but there was a public ramp nearby. The channel was perfect to sail our Hobie Cat. We would definitely to rent this home again.

We all loved the property. Plenty of room, the view was beautiful. I just wanted to stay at the house and look at the water. Definitely a place we would like to come back too!!!

Little Torch Key
This property was great. Perfectly located between Key West and Marathon. Close enough to everthing and yet very quiet area. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

Just beautif
Easy check in, clean, great location. Will stay here again! Next time will pay to have pool heated warmer, and bring lots of bug spray. Lots of no -see-ums! We seen nurse sharks, octopus, crabs and tons of fish right at our location. Mattress could use an upgrade. Plenty of towels for everyone. Very nice rental

The property was one of the best we have stayed in ( we have been coming to Florida for over 20 years). It was all we could have wanted or hoped for in a rental and will be sure to look at this property again in the future.

Some things weren’t as clean as they should be like the lighting and hard to reach areas. The dryer doesn’t dry very well so it was hard to get everything washed as expected. But the place was perfect for my family of 10! With room to spare. Plenty of bathrooms too! The pool was great but could’ve been a tad warmer. One day a guy came by to clean the pool, it would’ve been nice to know he was coming. It was a tad startling.
We would book this place again, it was private and just what our busy family needed to relax, swim and just have time together.

Beautiful house
All cruises were cancelled so we booked a home instead. Everything was good but the pool was not warm, the ice maker didn’t dispense ice. Other than that we had no complaints. Sleeping arrangements were wonderful and the houses were perfect.

Boys fishing trip
The house and property were extremely nice. Unfortunately our trip coincided with the Hurricane Eta. The weather is obviously out of everyone's control. Knowing it would not be conducive to our reason for going (fishing & lobstering), we asked if we could switch weeks. The request was denied. While weather was no ones fault but I thought our request was reasonable. We ended up leaving in the middle of our stay due to the weather as we could not get out on the water at all.

The house was clean and very accommodating for our 12 person party and the guest house was perfect if you have multiple families staying together. Laundry areas in the main house and cottage were great too! The kitchen was well equipped and propane grill worked great. Overall the home was great and we would consider staying again next year, however some minor repairs need to be addressed. Thank You for a Great Week!

This property is in a great location just close enough to Key West, Yet far enough away to enjoy time on the water. Access to Loo Key and other great fishing and diving locations are only about 30 minutes away by boat. WE Loved having the pool and boat dock just outside the back door. The onsite boat ramp was great, however only suitable for boats about 20 feet or smaller. The 22.5 foot of ours was a tight squeeze, however the public boat ramp is only a short 5 minute drive away. The house was clean and very accommodating for our 12 person party and the guest house was perfect if you have multiple families staying together. Fabulous!
We just got home after a week here. The home had everything we needed, very spacious and well equipped. It’s a bit dated but that didn’t matter at all. The pool was very hot and not refreshing but once it rained at night it cooled it off a bit. The boat ramp was awesome!! We’ll be back year after year. Also, Amy is wonderful!!
