This property was a good home base if you are driving as a couple as it has one off street car park. The kitchen is well appointed and we could cook meals easily with the tools available.
As a family however it was challenging as there really isn’t enough room in the living area for more than a couple if you are staying for a longer stay (we stayed 7 nights). The staircase are fairly steep too which made it challenging with large suit cases. The proximity to Oxford was compromised also by the bridge on the A420 being closed for works so travelling into Oxford was a rather round about route.
My summary is that it would be great for a couple but as a family of 3 or more staying for a week it was not as comfortable as we would have hoped.

We couldn’t fault our stay. Susie greeted us on arrival and couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful. We really appreciated her local knowledge of the area.
The flat was perfect and exactly as advertised. All fixtures and fittings were to a high standard and we were lucky enough to be able to sit in the lovely garden.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

Located close to the city center, the flat is convenient for visiting the sites in Oxford as well as some really good restaurants. It was nice meeting Susie on arrival to show us around the property and give local recommendations. The space is small but it worked well for our short stay.

Lovely place. Beautiful back yard. The dwelling is tricky for tall people as the ceilings are low especially in the bathroom on the third floor. We kept banging our head and we are not particularly tall. The property manager was very responsive. Close to a lovely wooded area but on a busy street.

We enjoyed our stay at Hinksey Heights. It is close to Oxford centre, and the bus stops are directly outside the property. The bypass is very close and quite noisy but the neighbourhood was quiet. The upstairs double bed is a small double, so worth considering if there are 4 of you. The property is beautifully kept and the garden is lovely. The flat is upstairs, so worth noting if you have accessibility needs. Overall all, a really nice place :)

Terrific apartment (with separate entrance) in a nice house. Very convenient with a bus running past the house to get into Oxford. Neighbourhood pub is fantastic (it's a Peach Pub)! Susie (operations manager) was a delight to deal with - very helpful and attentive to every detail. We would be happy to stay here again!

Our stay with Susie was wonderful. Everything we needed was available. Especially loved the USB jacks in the wall sockets. Exceptionally helpful. Her place was clean, had reat off road parking and the walk to Oxford city center was beautiful.

Spotless, accomodation, convenient for Oxford city centre, excellent bus service, friendly informative host, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, modern kitchen and bathroom. The lounge seating area is very compact and would benefit from another comfy chair to better accomodate 4 adults. Lovely pub 10 minutes walk away. Would definitely book this house again.

We had a great stay while visiting friends in the area. 20-30 min walk to city center through a cool path in the woods. Kids loved their bedroom. Washer/dryer and dishwasher all worked well. Nice shower. Very clean! We would consider renting again!

We walked into Oxford or got a taxi which was cheaper for 4 than the bus. We battled storm Eunice walk to the local pub the Fishes which was definitely worth it. Overall great mini break

This is an exceptional property, spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished with all necessary appliances, within easy walking distance of the city center and many attractions, restaurants and shops nearby. The manageress was always available and attentive we definately hope to stay here again.

Lovely modern and spacious apartment. Everything you need for a stay. Very clean. About 30 min walk to Oxford. Manager very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend. We had a perfect stay.
