Location was amazing, so central to Rawai, Nai Harn and Kata. The property was really clean, large outdoor space and felt secure in the complex of villas. Our host was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly if contacted. Internet was good too. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which made our stay really comfortable. Our host let us have a late checkout at his suggestion as he had no bookings that evening, which was really helpful due to our late flights out of Phuket.

Some basic essentials would have made this villa stay not just good but exceptional. A washing machine with no powder, soap/(& shampoos) enough for 1-2 days (we stayed for 14 nights.), 1 toilet paper per bathroom, per week, even one spare is helpful. One of the parts that was disclosed up front was the charge of electricity at 7baht/kw, but not knowing what a medium/low use looks like (we were out all days), Airconditioning going whilst at the Villa, usually throughout the night and lights on in the rooms we were using was it, still cost us $200AU (about 4000baht) for our 2 weeks. Maybe add electricity to your price? It makes the property look reasonably priced when comparing but maybe misleading (In thai pricing context)?

We had very pleasant relaxing stay in Coconut paradise. The house size and configuration is perfect. We enjoyed having breakfast in the terrace in the morning and having a swim in the pool after a day of visit or beach. The separated room is a clear plus. It offers some independency for 2+2 or 4+2 visitors. The house is well equipped and even more important, very clean. Bath and pool towels are provided The owner, Jean-Pierre, is very friendly and adapts to the needs of the visitors. We can only recommend!

I have just spent 8 nights at Paradise Island and did not want to leave. The villa is in a well-landscaped, secure compound, with a parking space right beside it. The perimeter of the villa is enclosed by fencing and a big red gate so you can really enjoy the privacy of your own beautiful garden and pool. Jean-Pierre is a friendly, professional host who communicated well from booking to departure, greeted me warmly on arrival and departure and was available via text throughout the week for questions or problems (of which I had none). The villa is very well-maintained, comfortably furnished and attractively decorated with Thai-themed pictures and ornaments. Everything was clean and fresh, the kitchen well-equipped and the TV had Netflix, YouTube etc. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms and there is a third off the living area. There is aircon and a ceiling fan in every room and all the windows have lockable mosquito screens. The bed was so comfortable and the curtains blocked out the early morning light so it was easy to sleep in. There were several local restaurants and a big grocery store within 5 minutes' walk and the whole area of Rawai / Nai Harn had a good vibe about it. I'll definitely be back!

If the villa could be right on the beach that would make it perfect. It is only a 10-20 minute walk to either Rawai or Nai Harn beach though, so it wasn't a problem, especially after I hired a car.

Everything was just perfect! The host Jean-Pierre was friendly, super flexible with the schedule and very responsive to any question. He even extended my stay a bit for free since I had a late night flight out. The villa itself is super nice! It is on a quiet, smaller street in the middle of the lively Rawai neighborhood and you can walk to many restaurants and a supermarket in a few minutes and even more places in a few minutes by scooter or car. Nai Harn beach is only 1.5 km away. The property has a beautiful private garden and swimming pool. Three very nice bedrooms, one of them in a separate bungalow for even more privacy, and three bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with everything I needed and the wifi has a strong signal. All in all I am super happy that this place was available for my stay. I will definitely stay there again when I am back in Phuket.
