We had a fantastic time staying at the condo! The owners were very friendly, checked in with us and ensured that we had everything that we needed. The view was beautiful, the condo was very comfortable, clean and beautifully renovated. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed the stay here. Chad was very responsive and quick to answer questions. The place was easy to find, conveniently located and easy access to the beach. You have a great view of the beach and sunrise. We watched a ton of surfers and saw a dolphin or two. We did not realty cook at the place except breakfast the last day and some snacks but the amount of cooking supplies and dishes seemed plentiful. The beds were comfortable. The space was great for four people and could easily have had two more. The decor was nice. Parking was fine but during busy season it may be trickier to maneuver, but we did not have any trouble. Just a tight space. There is a small lot though so that helped. The stairs were not bad at all to get to the space. We would definitely stay here again. We would recommend it as well to others.
Bonus, If you are a One Tree Hill fan looking for a place, you are very close to two major scenes filmed in the shows and can get pictures from afar only as some places are private property but it was cool being that close if you are a fan! It's an easy drive to get to Wilmington in which you pass other places used to film the show. Overall great town, great beach, great stay and great host! Thank you Chad!

Overall we give this property a 5 star rating.
Very clean, nicely decorated with everything you need. The voice command (google) music/lights was a really nice touch.
The hosts are super responsive which put us at ease in renting and throughout the process.
Very quiet which is important to us. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, even beach towels. Great view. Coffee and sunrise on the deck, one of the things I look forward to, did not disappoint.
This unit is an easy walk to a lot of things. Try the Tiki Bar on the beach! We waited until Thursday and wondered why!

We had an awesome stay here! The hosts were so helpful and timely with any questions. The condo is beautifully furnished with all the bath and beach extras that you don’t need to pack what you normally would. Parking was easy. The oceanfront view and access was as described, perfect! The location is great - quick walk or bike ride to the Carolina Boardwalk or south to the Kure Beach Pier area. Plenty of shopping and food options within walking or bike ride to avoid driving and paying for parking. Thursday night fireworks from the beach access was perfect for viewing. The condo community was quiet and friendly. We have absolutely no complaints and would definitely visit again!

This was my first trip to Carolina Beach and we loved this place. Great view of sunrise each morning and easy access to beach. We highly recommend to all.

The condo was represented well by the listing. The views of the beach from the bedroom and the deck were very nice. The condo had everything needed for cooking, entertainment, and visiting the beach. My daughter liked the white noise speaker and the board games. The location of the condo was convenient to Kure, Fort Fisher, Carolina Beach boardwalk and just a short drive from Wilmington. Covered parking was not difficult to find at the complex. The hosts were very helpful with checkin and any questions along the way.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully renovated condo! Thank you for the hospitality, beautiful views, and comfy accommodations. The view was beautiful and the proximity to the pool and beach were perfect for what we needed. We will be back!

The property was clean and stocked as stated in the description, and we were very comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable.
In the future and as a consumer, I would be more attentive to reading all the reviews, and asking specific questions to verify and to make sure the VRBO is a good fit. For example, there was no elevator and 8 flights of stairs which was challenging when carrying luggage, groceries, etc. It would be extremely helpful to know this in the property description to be transparent.
The building was in need of repair and the main entry way door lock was covered with masking tape. We could see the ocean from our balcony, but the view was partially obstructed by another building.
Overall, very clean and stocked as stated in the description and the owner provided very detailed information/instructions about the property, but failed to mentioned other critical info such as no elevator. Unfortunately, we would not rebook due to the aforementioned issues.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely condo. It was us parents and a two year old, and we loved the access to the beach being right outside the building. Parking was a breeze. Unit was clean, well-stocked, and even included things we didn’t expect like sound machines in the bedrooms. TVs we’re easy to use and even had a washer/dryer, which came in handy when we got caught in the rain! View of the beach/ocean is slightly obstructed, but we could still see plenty from the balcony. We recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay! Condo was clean, fully stocked and so comfortable! It felt like home as soon as we arrived. Loved the ocean view from the main balcony and the private beach access was perfect. Location of the condo was close to everything. My one complaint is that we had to leave. We’ll be back!

We were in town touring a college and needed a place to stay. This condo was perfect. Newly renovated and well appointed. Great location with direct access to the beach. It’s on the top floor which is great and has a lovely view from the front deck but make sure you can climb stairs. We’d definitely book this property again.

We had a great family get-away to Carolina Beach. The condo was clean and perfectly equipped for traveling with our 5 & 8 year old kids (who loved having their own room with bunk beds, a game closet and a DVD player!). The owners were wonderful at communication and provided us with extensive information about the area which was most appreciated as it was our first time visiting. We saw all the local sites and had a great day trip into Wilmington.
The grown-ups loved coffee on the deck watching the sunrise and we even had a pleasant surprise one morning when ~30 surfers showed up on the beach to catch some waves! We would choose this place again!

We had a perfect stay at this property. My husband and I were in town visiting family for Christmas. This was a second stay at Carolina beach this year and this property was exceptional. Everything was squeaky clean. The bed was comfortable. The furnishings were all comfortable and functional. The weather was unusually cold and we were able to stay warm and cozy inside and enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from the couch. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay and they provided us with everything we needed to know about the property. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Tastefully decorated and cozy condo with a great view and conveniently located within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars! The kitchen was stocked well enough to meet our needs and the owners graciously provide linens, basic toiletries and basic household items. The only criticism I have is about the beach supplies mentioned in the listing. There were 3 decent beach chairs, but both umbrellas provided were broken, so just keep that in mind if you have more than 3 people and will be needing an umbrella :) Other than that, there were plenty of beach toys provided if you have small children. The owners were easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions / concerns that may have arisen.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends! Thanks Danielle and Chad!

From the start all communications from owers were thoughtful and well put together. It nice to rent from individuals who care about your stay and offer insight to all there is around you. My daughter Mila absolutely loved all the games provided and the views for a 4yr old from her top bed entertained her from sun up till we left for beach just a few minutes walk away down a private pier. Unfortunately my wife would not let me pack the master bed up and take home. :)
In all this condo had everything needed for our stay. Im sure you will enjoy the ocean views from private balcony at night as we did and enjoy this condo as we did on your next trip. Kindest regards. Thank yall

The listing and info for this property were spot on and my family and I enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. It had everything listed in the posting which was everything we needed. The location is good for restaurants and activities, and both the beach and pool are short walks from the unit. I also want to add that the owners are VERY responsive and friendly which was a bonus. If we make our way back to Carolina Beach, I would definitely look into this unit again!

This is our second year in a row staying at this condo and we love it! The location is perfect and we appreciate how many things are provided, which allows us to not worry about what we might be forgetting. The hosts are very responsive to messages and seem very friendly! We hope we can go back again next year!

My family was WAY OVERDUE for a vacation! We planned this trip and we're excited to go to the beach for the first time in years. We looked specifically for the extras when booking, (ie. chairs, umbrella, toys, towels etc.)so we wouldn't have to pack so much. The condo had fresh linens and towels when we got there and enough chairs and toys to accommodate our group. The property owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly when messaged. It was an overall wonderful experience and trip and we look forward to visiting again.
