The home is beautiful, that's true, however, we lost two vehicles on night one in a flood due to a storm that came in sometime between 12 and 5 am. Being the first night we had no idea a storm was coming. Both vehicles were totalled, unable to be moved, we spent most of the time stressed, trying to get tow and rentals. We left before Saturday, and after telling the owner what happend, they did reach out to say sorry, but we never heard from them again. I have to wonder how many other people this has happened to.

There over 4th of July week with 2 adults and 4 young kids. The three most important aspects of a rental home were top notch - location, AC, and water pressure in the shower! We had a great time bopping around town from this central location. House is perfectly situated for a big family. Loved having an entire floor for the primary bedroom. Rafelle was SUPER responsive. Would love to stay here again!

We had an amazing vacation. This house is close to the beach and the park. It has a golf cart so getting around town is super easy. The home has quality renovations and is very well furnished. We definitely plan to stay again next year.

This property is even more beautiful and spacious in person! No detail is left undone - what a gem! The town is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway - highly recommend staying here and you definitely want to rent the golf cart...everything is drivable by golf cart and it was worth it!

We went to Cape Charles for a wedding weekend. It was a beautiful quaint little town! We enjoyed our visit very much. The house was perfect. Very nice.

Property was great, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Centrally located to everything Cape Charles has to offer. Owner was very responsive when I asked questions. Enough room for 2 small families.

Absolutely stunning home. Very clean and relaxing. My family of 7 went and even the little kids had a nice time. In the home. The playground and community park is right across the street. The bathrooms are very relaxing. The walk to the beach is a very short.

Stayed at this property for a family wedding. It was clean, updated and had everything we needed. Family gathered here one evening and there was plenty of seating and areas to sit and talk. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. Would stay here again. Golf cart was a lot of fun! Definitely recommend! When needed to communicate with owner, he was prompt and helpful.

This house was perfect. It was super clean when we checked in, and the kitchen was well stocked. The house/rooms were the perfect size for our family of 5 and very nicely decorated. It was the perfect location being right across the street from the park which has a playground, fountain /splash pad and music in the park Saturday night. Short golf cart ride to the beach and main strip for eating and shopping. The house was everything we needed and much more. We had a great week at this property. We would definitely rent here again!

This house is exactly like the pictures - gorgeous, new construction, and in a fantastic location. Golf cart-able to restaurants and the public access beaches. The host was very responsive and made our stay a breeze. Will definitely look to stay here again when we come back to Cape Charles!

The house is beautiful, well stocked with everything you need, appliances in great condition and we rented the golf cart which was a MUST! The owner was super helpful and accommodating! Our visit to Cape Charles was the perfect get-away for a long weekend. The property was beautiful and well-appointed. Raffaele was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The anniversary gift was a lovely touch. We highly recommend this property if you are heading to Cape Charles for a visit.

We had a great stay, and it was perfect for our multi-family gathering. We enjoyed cooking and hanging out in the home, as well as going out in Cape Charles to explore, shop, and eat.

My husband and I rented Raffaele's beautiful home for our 37th Anniversary. Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures - beautifully decorated and spotless! The master king bed was so comfy, the shower and tub were wonderful, and the house was filled with great natural light. The kitchen was well stocked and such a thoughtful welcome gift. We enjoyed spending time on the porch, balcony and back deck. The location is fantastic. We rented the golf cart as well, which was so fun. We walked in the early AM to the beach, otherwise, we took the golf cart and always went to watch the sunset. Great TVs with lots of streaming options. Cape Charles is an easy town to navigate around and everything is close that it doesn't take long to get around. We made a trip to winery in Machipongo, trekked up Savage Neck Dunes, met up with family for lunch in Onancock and enjoyed the beach & trails in nearby Kiptopeke State Park. We enjoyed all the local shops and bakery. All in all it was an awesome anniversary getaway! Thank you, Raeffele! You are a great host!
