Clean, cute place very close to Mt Sunapee. Great communication from the owner. We loved it and hope to book another adventure there.

My sister and I stayed at this spotless Aframe house. It was quiet and comfortable. There is one bedroom on the main level which was nice as currently I am not supposed to be climbing stairs. There is a spiral staircase that leads to a bedroom with another comfortable bed. The place has plenty of light both natural and inside. We took a drive around Sunapee Lake, which has some stunning views of tge lake and beautiful homes. The kitchen was perfect and there is a dining area. Very nice washer / dryer too!

My husband and I spent a week at this lovely, charming, clean, and quaint home surrounded by fantastic fall foliage. We called it our adult "treehouse" and loved everything about the home. Definitely stay here again.

Was in town for a sailing regatta and Jess and Jeremy's place was just perfect. Highly recommend. As a skier from Whistler Blackcomb I am also thinking of returning in the winter to check out Mt. Sunapee and would look to stay here again for sure.

Property was centrally located in Sunapee area- close to the harbor, state beach and Mt. Sunapee. House was very clean and well stocked.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Best host that I’ve dealt with!
Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped and Lake Sunapee is close. There is new off street parking which is adequate for 2 vehicles. Senior guests may want to consider the spiral staircase. Great value!

We traveled from eastern Washington State to see our son graduate from New England College. It was unseasonably warm so we really appreciated the mini split temperature control in the house. The property was very well equipped in the kitchen and bathroom, bedrooms were very comfortable and we enjoyed grilling on the back deck. The stairs from the driveway to the front door look intimidating in pictures, but there is a gradual incline/decline and they are very well lit. Don’t let them scare you! The ability to do laundry is always a bonus in a rental. The spiral staircase is a fun touch!

The white colors are soothing, welcoming and assure one of its cleanliness. Nice location with trees around it... 1/2 mile walk to downtown Sunnapee. Was exactly what we wanted.for the wedding we attended.
