I wouldn‘ rent this appartement again. I had rented apartment D2 for 6 weeks. During two weeks, the apartment above me was being renovated, which resulted in loud noise. Otherwise it was very quiet and the sea view is fantastic. The facility is very old. The pool is clean and well maintained. The apartment is well equipped, but everything is worn and it smells musty. The terrace is huge but the sun only shines briefly on the covered area in winter (1pm to 3.30pm). There are rotten chairs and an ugly fireplace. The apartment needs to be renovated. New glasses would be due and mats for the sun loungers are missing. The front door is stuck and the sliding door in the living room can only be opened with great effort. The price/performance ratio is no longer correct here.

Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön in einer großzügigen Appartmentanlage oberhalb des Meeres. Die Terrasse ist riesig und halb überdacht sodass auch bei morgendlichen kl Regenschauern gut draußen gesessen werden kann. Am tollsten ist der Blick aufs Meer und das Meeresrauschen, einfach etwas besonderes! Die Alltagsausstattung des Geschirrs könnte etwas besser sein aber zu zweit war es ok. Die Wohnung ist räumlich für 4-5 Personen gut geeignet. Man läuft ca 30 Minuten runter nach Puerto und viele Treppenstufen wieder hoch. Parken ist um die Ecke kein Problem, wir haben immer gut was gefunden. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und gut gepflegt. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert
