This house was perfect in every way for our group of 12 friends to spend a fun weekend in Louisville. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable accommodations for everyone, fabulous location, terrific amenities and a wonderful host!

We so enjoyed this marvelous, well appointed home. Each bedroom was luxuriously furnished as were the living areas and kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The home is close to anything you could need.

Wow. Just wow. 14 of us came to Louisville lured by the absolutely delicious bourbon (and Rye if truth be told) Whiskey in the area. The Louis was just perfect for what we were looking. Centrally located with great food sites, grocery stores and everything else all within walking distance made it’s location perfect. Several of us drove here and there was never a problem finding parking on the streets right out front. The Louis itself is beautiful. You don’t know how much you look forward to coming back to a well appointed home until you have one while you’re traveling. The 7 couples on our trip each had their own bedroom and the bed I was in was very comfy. Others in our party made the same comment about how comfortable the bedrooms were. With several bathrooms and showers or the bath (nice big bath….) meant that there was never a traffic jam to bath or use the bathroom. The kitchen was also beautiful (the whole house could have been a stop on a designer tour) and well equipped. Typically we would all cross paths in the morning and rather than going out would make something before we headed out. Everything we needed was there. Our hosts Mark and and Marsha were as gracious as the house is beautiful. I whole heartedly recommend this place, and these folks as your host. It was perfect.

Property is just as advertised. It’s in a hip area with lots of shops, restaurants and bars. House is well updated, very clean and very comfortable, specifically the beds got great reviews from our friends. Owner was easy to deal with and responded lightning fast. Absolutely would stay here again.

This property was well maintained and so much fun! We had 14 adults and could use the front porch table for everyone to sit and eat together. The kitchen is a little small for those who love to cook but there are plenty of restaurants and a great coffee shop within walking distance. Every person in our group was happy with the accommodations. Each room was comfortable for our 3 night stay.

The house is awesome. It was so clean and we were provided with water, coffee and snacks which was a nice surprise. It looks just like it does in the pictures. The location is great. Close to restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay here again if I am back in Louisville.

An amazing 40th Birthday in Louisville. Fit our large group without feeling cramped. Both outdoor spaces were fantastic. Felt right in the hear of the city with great restaurants/bars all in walking distance.

The house is very well-appointed and clean with more than enough room for large groups. Its location in the neighborhood is in walking distance of several dozen restaurants and bars and only a short ride to downtown. Bourbon country is only about an hour away, too! Marsha is a very responsive host, and we would all definitely stay here again!

This house was amazing. It had everything that was needed. It had plenty of room. The beds were superior comfy. It was in close proximity to everything. Marsha was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions.

This house is so beautifully decorated and it very spacious for a group. Nice location for walking and has a great outside space in the front and the back for the whole crew to enjoy. Marsha was very helpful and responsive immediately. Highly recommend!

Beautifully remodeled home with plenty of space located close to all things Louisville has to offer!

The guys were extremely impressed with the rooms and facilities, they enjoyed being within walking distance to so much good food! I had scheduled a couple of days of guided bourbon tours for them and they enjoyed having the house as a hangout and spot to enjoy.

I want to start by saying how beautiful this renovated property is from top to bottom. We had a group of 16 women and everyone raved about how cute each space was in the house. Next, communication with the owners is such a breeze and they're so responsive and helpful. There was plenty of room for all of the women to get ready for daytime and night time events. The back porch was also beautifully done with a ton of seating available for our big group. The only thing that I wish had been bigger was the cooking areas, the house is 3 stories so the kitchen is obviously limited in the space even available. It was just a little bit difficult to cook for all 16 women because the appliances weren't full sized. The refrigerator, stove, and grill were on the smaller size. We could absolutely make it work but we were strategic. Most people visiting from out of town may not even need the extra cooking space as they likely spend most meals out of the house! I just wanted to be honest about that one tiny thing I wasn't expecting. I again want to state that we LOVED this house. It's beautiful and the owner is so sweet. I would absolutely book this home again if I were traveling to the area in the future.

This was in a fantastic location. The house itself was very quiet and each room offered great privacy. The neighborhood is located next to wonderful coffee, food, and bar options. We were all able to get our particular preferences within walking distance. It was a great home base as we went to distilleries during the day.

This property was a hit with the entire group! Well stocked, very clean and beautiful decor…beds were very comfortable as well. Did not have to jump through hoop upon departure, as many other properties ask you to do. Thank you for a great stay Marsha!

House was well stocked and BEAUTIFUL. We had a big group and were very comfortable. Literally the only constructive feedback I have is that the second floor tub could really use a legit shower instead of a sprayer on the tub. But it was not a deal breaker and I absolutely would love to stay there again with the same group.

Marsha was very accommodating and helpful. The home is really nice and in a perfect location, and everything was clean and in order. Definitely recommend.
