Views of autumn colors were stunning in this golf course/pond view from condo living areas. Interior gas fireplace and outdoor porch swing were delightful. Communication with host was excellent. Unit is all first floor. You do have someone above you, as there is a separate condo unit above with exterior accessed stairs, but that was not a problem for us and seemed to be the standard for condo units in this beautiful golf course community. We bought the amenities pass for one day and paid to play golf and dine in clubhouse restaurant. Well worth it! Restaurant is excellent, golf course has dramatic views.

Beautiful patio with gas grill and nice seating area. Beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Really enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay. There is a nice view of the golf course and small pond. It was very clean and included all the basics you would expect. The host was very responsive during our stay. Good location near Cashiers, Highlands and Franklin. We will stay her again.

We are from the Greenville SC area. This was a great getaway for us that wasn't very far away. Stewart is a great host and communication was great. The condo is located in a perfect area close to all of the amenities. The club restaurant was wonderful and the food was great. Highly recommend the mountain trout. The weather cooperated and the leaves are beautiful. Will definitely visit again.

Communication was excellent from Stewart. The property was as described. Very neat and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils,etc... the beds are very comfortable.. I will definitely be returning.

The property was spectacular with a pleasant back deck overlooking the 2nd fairway. The short walk to the clubhouse was very convenient, parking was simple and check was very smooth. Communication with the host was excellent and everything we needed was right there. We would definitely book again!!

We enjoyed our stay - I would highly recommend this place. Everything you need - kitchen well stocked, comfortable bed with plenty of linens and towels. The host was awesome - great communication - very helpful. The complex has everything you need (with an additional amenities fee) pool, tennis, lake access. You can pay extra to golf or rent a boat - super convenient! Thanks, Stewart, a 5-Star experience!

Our family of four had a very nice stay during the Memorial Day weekend! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great and close to all of our favorite places. We would definitely stay again!

This rental was for my adult daughter, her fiancé and their friends, who were attending a wedding nearby.The host, Stewart, was terrific and communications were great (timely, informative and welcoming).
Stewart’s place was highly convenient and had everything the group needed. They did not have pets, but we are thinking of going back with our little dog next time.
Overall, highly recommended.

This property is on the first floor and has a great view - overlooking the golf course at Trillium. It is such an excellent value for anyone traveling alone up to a family of 4. The location within the development is exceptional as it is next to the clubhouse and many of the amenities are within walking distance. If you are looking for a great home base where you can experience all that Cashiers and a nice private club have to offer - this is a great choice.

Warm & inviting, quaint abode beautifully set overlooking woods and a golf course. We did a lot of hiking in the area, ate at local restaurants, spent hours on the covered porch, & enjoyed watching tv & turning on the gas fireplace in the evenings.

Our stay at this condo was a great experience. It was comfortable, clean, and had a nice view of the golf course. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

Nice property in a great location. 2 Bedroom lower unit condo adjacent to the 2nd fairway of the Trillium golf course. Short walk to the clubhouse, literally 500 yds or so. Good sized unit with a nice living room, dining area and kitchen and a large screened outdoor porch which was a nice place to hang out. Trillium is like every place now, experiencing staffing shortages so the lakehouse was never open when we were there and the clubhouse closed early one night, but that didn't take away from having a good time and all the staff we interacted with were very nice. Unit is 10 min from Cashiers and the same to Lake Glenville. Would recommend and would go back.

We had a wonderful getaway in the mountains of Cashiers. Staying at this great condo and being able to bring our doggy made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. Thanks to Stewart for an excellent rental experience.

Perfect location
We made a spur of the moment decision to head to the mountains for a break from the Florida heat. Trillium is one of our favorite locations and the condo was a great location. Will stay again !

When we arrived a/c was broken, He got it fixed next day. We bought $200 food and refrigerator was broken. It was hot inside freezer was ice over so we had to put all food in freezer. The freezer acted as a to cold fridge. Also, washing machine was terribly thumping of balance in every small load we Most of cod froze so it was hard t9 use so we threw most
away. Dishwasher leaked all over floor. Master bedroom pillows smelled of cologne so we new it haven’t been cleaned. Unit is great just appliances need to be fixed.

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo is very cozy and comfortable and Stewart was very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely go back. The facilities at Trillium are top notch. Great location as well.
