I liked the size of the property as room spaced out enough with plenty of space.

I didn’t like the fire escape staircase, it was very high up, if there would have been any elderly with us it would have been impossible for them to go up and down the stairs. Also one of the showers did not work and after several attempts to try and contact someone no one got back to me, therefore 6 adults had to use jst the 1 shower.

really comfy beds , the location was great , really spacious some nice welcoming touches

cleanliness wasn’t great , the oven was pretty grim and some minor upkeep issues , cracked tiles tiles on bathroom floor . The TV stopped working on the2nd day

That the smoke alarm constantly went off and couldn’t be stopped. When trying to contact the owner there was no response. Therefore we got very little sleep and having to work almost 12hrs each day of our stay ended up being very exhausting

The beds are very comfortable with plenty of pillows and fluffy blankets for extra comfort. The bathrooms were spotlessly clean with toiletries and towels provided. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is very well kept - super clean!! Ideal apartment for visiting Newport centre, it’s a quick walk to Millennium side and friars walk, with supermarkets a short walk/drive. Free parking that is outside building, with private secure entrance - easy check in with the lockbox system. Host has really put effort into the presentation of this apartment and thought about guests.

There was a security camera in the hallway and I had no response from the host about it’s function. There was no dining table to work from, so had to relocate the bar table next to a socket, to make the best use of the facilities. There was a lot of smoking memorabilia outside and in the gardens and the smell was intense if you kept windows open due to guests smoking in apartment below and around building. Some guests may need to be aware that there is a busy railway line behind the property with public service trains and steel depot commutes.

Apartment was lovely. Clean, spacious and had everything you needed. Close to shops, petrol station.

The only problem was waking up one morning and finding front door wide open and the gardener had entered property to plug in equipment whilst we were sleeping. Apparently he wasn’t aware that guests were there but clear to see in kitchen that people were at property. Made me feel uncomfortable and uneasy 😬

Property was beautiful inside. Nice clean and tidy. Decent food places near by also

No door locks on toilet doors. Toilet door handles were broken but was fixed the next morning when reported. Needs an extra sofa
