- Beautiful sunsets - Baby cot is new, quite big and with good matrass

We stayed for Christmas (23-28 December 2022) 1)There is cleaning and garbage change only if you ask about it. They cleaned our villa only when we called. 2) We booked villa for 6 people (4 adults and 2 kids), but all table wear (dishes/forks/cups etc) was only meant for 4 . We asked, but stuff ignored. 3) Kitchen eeuipment is AWFUL! How old is kettle and pans??? Dear stuff, Had you ever opened this kettle and saw what is inside?! Had you ever looked at the pans that you provide?? This is something that you will NOT use if you dont want to catch some bacteria! So it means, you can not make any food by your own. 4) Water Pressure is very-very-very low. 5) And the pool…cloudy yellow water that also smells.

Staff did not smile once, not very friendly or welcoming Shower was freezing, but once this was mentioned they did fix it almost immediately

Nice villa with a nice view on the Haad Salad bay and nice small pool. Nice rooms and bathrooms. Place is beautiful. You need a car of a motorbike to get there (like everywhere in the island).

Cleaning was not included for booking clients, which is quite harsh when you are there for 5 nights with children? We had to insist to get 1 cleaning. Equipments to bare minimum. Staff not extremely nice.

Stunning view; proximity of the restaurant ('Tomorrow'), comfy beds; good shower; top line security of the villa

lack of places in bathroom to hang towels and places in the shower to store shampoo etc. Poor lighting in bathroom and on terrace....bulbs not replaced? Dearth of English language channels on TV.

The place is clean, neat and staff are very helpful and friendly. Food is excellent and the view is beautiful. Will definitely be back

The road is a bit steep so take care.
