I was picked up from the central train station and taken to the accommodation. Additional information was supplied at this time about the area and accommodation.
Very quick response times
They accidently disposed of food which I had left in the fridge. Did offer to take me out and purchase replacements at their cost. A little out of the way but in a nice peaceful residential area.

The place is so perfect!! Authentic beautiful Japanese house and everything is furnished! It's near Geisha District.
The owners were so kind, they pick us up from and to the station. I highly recommend it ✨️

Owner was easy to reach on the phone and respond fast to our message. The building has been fully rebuilt/renovated and the furnitures, kitchen of shared space are in perfect condition. Everything was very clean and in particular our room. The room and bathroom were spacious and very comfortable.
Parking even for large SUV is convenient and included if you request it in your booking.
Opening of the main door using pin code in late evening was not so easy at first use. We did not notice that it is a black touch screen only showing number pad when you first touch it.
They was no door between the tatami/futon room and western style bedroom. Maybe will be added later since some finition works are still on-going.
