Spacious accommodation for a family vacation. The pool and gathering spaces cater to all ages. Responsive owners made our stay memorable.

This house is great for large groups. It is important to note that there is just one bathroom available for 6 rooms as the other two bathrooms are located inside the king suite and the queen suite. This could have been a problem but we made it work using the outside toilet and shower by the pool. Also, the layout of the house is interesting because if you are in the second part of the house- that has the loft, queen suite and a queen room- you would need to go through the two connected queen bedrooms to get to the main kitchen and living room area- or walk out through the pool. The pool area was a great hit. We loved cooking by the pool and hanging out there as a family. Dana was also amazing! She answered questions quickly and took care of any concerns we had. We loved her dedication to making our stay fun.

Dana is excellent at answering questions and giving helpful suggestions of activities to do when in town. The house was perfect for our family. Owners were great and easy to communicate with. Area is definitely recovering from the hurricane as expected and we really felt for the locals. Well stocked house. The outside area and pool/hot tub was AMAZING! We spent the majority of our time out there. Some bedrooms are connected and need to be walked through to access a bathroom so works best for close family arrangements. Enjoyed our stay:)

This property was perfect for our group of 18 kayakers. There was so much room to spread out! The house was perfectly clean and well-stocked. We would definitely come back

Owners were great, super responsive. House had great amenities, everything we needed for a relaxing and fun week. We didn’t leave the backyard, able to cook and hang out completely outside. Overall great deal

We really enjoyed our week. The pool and outside area was everything you could want. The outside bathroom was really helpful with small kids. The kitchen area was a good size and the table sat 10 comfortably. Only issue I see, layout is a little strange with the 2 middle bedrooms are joined and you have to walk through both to get to either side of the house. Some of the furniture is a little worn but comfortable. Kitchen cooking utensils also worn. But all in all a great house for a big group.. The outside area and pool make up for the small incidentals inside.

This home was very clean and had everything we needed for the entire family. I talked to Dana in regards of things we would need and the home was very well furnished. The home fit our family perfectly and the outside area was awesome. We cooked outside the entire week. Our family so enjoyed staying in this home. Pool and hot tub was perfect!! We had so much fun,wouldn’t have had to go anywhere else…we had bean bag tournaments & billiard tournaments…lots of pool & hot tub time…they absolutely had everything we needed!! Beautiful home & room for everyone❤️

The house was perfect for my two week visit with friends and family. The owners were easy to contact and reacted quickly to minor problems. There were plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds for everyone. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub and morning gatherings on the patio were wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time spent here with family for a end of summer vacation.The size of the home is perfect for large groups. I would have gave 5 stars for cleanliness but my only complaint was the pool which was addressed, so no worries there! Great communication with the owners. You'll never have to wait long for a response. A few little things were mentioned at the end of our stay and they were very responsive on taking care of any issues or concerns. ( no major issues) I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place for any large group! Thanks for having us!!

We had 3 Generations of Family Stay, Grandparents down to Teenage Grandchildren. We all had a blast. The house had a wonderful layout for family get togethers and then some alone time. The pool area was a great space for all of us to relax and hang. The location was great and easy to get to from the Cape Coral restaurants and shops. The hosts were very easy to get in touch with when the internet went down for a bit. The greatest surprise were the Alcove Owls that lived in the Alcove where the bins were. We followed them throughout the week, Added something special to our stay to see them around the house. You definitely know there are no little critters anywhere around! We enjoyed our stay immensely! Highly recommend for a family vacation!

Overall we had a great experience. No ice makers functioning in either refridge. Owners tried to fix issue with a repairman visit, though it did not fix the issue. Only one bathroom in the 2nd wing of the house and it was in the master bedroom on-suite. That being said, we had a great time the pool was great and the property was large and accommodated all 16 of us very well. We would renting this property again for a family vacation in the future. The lanua and pool are was wonderful. The kids spent hours in the pool.

Only negative is could use new appliances.

We had a great vacation here with our large family! The pool and having us "all together" was a blast. Positives were the commons spaces, including the pool and hot tub along with the outdoor kitchen/lanai. No mosquitos or flies with that fenced in area! The house worked well, even though the extension only has 1 master bath to share at night. The bathroom and shower by the pool were nice. Monitor coverage for babies sleeping were a bit tough with the block walls, but we made it work. The master bedroom/bath in the main house was very nice. This house, a little more polished, would be awesome. Holes in walls, open pipes under beds, the dusty greenery and ceiling fans, pocket doors that struggle to slide, broken icemakers, several beds that made us feel like burritos in bed, no crib sheets and instructions for clean up that include doing a load of laundry, but no laundry soap provided necessitated taking points off. For the price, it was great. We had a blast, and I imagine we'd have to pay a whole lot more had it been "polished." We were just a little surprised as it wouldn't have passed inspection for a vrbo where we live. Overall, very thankful for our time in southwest Florida and at this vrbo. Just wanted to be honest. With their good communication skills, I have no doubt the owners will polish this place very soon.

This house is excellent for large families! The heated pool and Jacuzzi were a highlight as guests are given control of the temperatures. The house contains all the essentials one could need (only one missing gadget...a hard boiled egg slicer!). The owners were most responsive to all our requests.
