This place was amazing. Spacious. Perfectly located. Equipped with everything you could possibly want. The back yard/pool was a 10 out of 10. We couldn’t ask for more. Kayaks. Ping pong corn hole. We had the best time. Thank you for sharing this amazing house.

Had a wonderful time; location was ideal and house well suited to handle the needs of our combined three families. The layout was great and easily accommodated our six adults and five children.

This house is wonderful… plenty of things to do - from corn hole to ping pong, kayaks to the pool. Kids loved the proximity to the park and basketball court! The outdoor seating for watching boats was superb and a family favorite.

Very nice location right on the waterway. House was fantastic and clean. The property was spacious, and parking was plentiful for my 14 coworkers who joined me. No complaints!

The check in process was quick and easy. The property was clean and well maintained. The home layout seemed to have a lot of wasted space. The kids loved the heated pool that heated up quickly and felt like bath water in 50 degree windy weather. Great fishing off the dock and walking distance to multiple restaurants!!

Our family of 16 stayed here for just a few nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. The younger folks in the group enjoyed sleeping in the large room with multiple beds on the top floor. There was plenty of seating in the family room for football watching. We enjoyed watching the boats go by on the waterway. The kitchen was well-stocked. It was a short walk over to the beach, although it did take us a minute to figure out where the beach access was located. We had a nice stay and enjoyed the town of Holden Beach.

Great beach! Great beach house! Great beach house owner. Our first time in Holden and we loved it! Truly a family beach town. As little or as much as you want to do, it’s there. The house was perfect for our large multi-family group. The amenities were great, and we used them all: private pool, large yard(we set up a volleyball net), ping pong table, kayaks, game room, outdoor shower, dock, list goes on and on…Also, the furniture throughout the house was of higher quality than you’d expect at a beach rental, especially the beds, which is so important. Lastly, and to me most important, the owner was fantastic. Answered my questions quickly and completely from booking to departure. Every time we had a question, Julie responded. It’s comforting to know that if you have question or concern the owner of your rental will be there to assist, Julie is THAT owner. I can’t recommend Yacht Watcher enough.

We loved our stay at your property! This was our first time at Holden Beach and we really enjoyed the little town. The house was clean and perfect for our group. We loved having the dock in the backyard for fishing and the short walk to the beach was not problem at all. Thank you for helping us to have such a wonderful trip and stay! We loved our time here. The house has everything you need for a great vacation. You can relax on the deck and watch the boats go by, jump in the pool, hit the arcade, relax in one of the many sitting rooms, cook in the spacious kitchen, and of course walk to the beach anytime you want. Don’t pass this house up! Holden Beach is the perfect non touristy beach destination.

What a pleasant surprise! What I mean to say is, I had challenges trying to picture how this house was laid out based on the pictures. It turned out to be FAR better than what I thought we had! The main floor is open with plenty of seating for meals and gathering. The bedrooms were well positioned and it all made sense. It's beautiful home! As soon as we walked in, my husband said, "We're staying here forever, right?!" LOL Beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed in the kitchen - there is both a keurig and a coffee pot. The entertainment seemed never ending - game room, kayaks, fishing. If one was bored, it was their own fault! We loved sitting on the covered decks overlooking the intracoastal; even on the one day it rained! Easy walk to the beach! Thank you for a great stay! We would definitely consider this house again!

We have never rented a home that has the perfect number of bedrooms, beds and personal space for everyone until we found this jewel! The new owner(s) have made so many wonderful upgrades and we all had a great time in the new game room. We hope to return to this home next year.

Our family had not all been together in a year-and-a-half. A wonderful house on the waterway with only a short walk to the beach was the perfect platform for our long-awaited reunion!

My fiancee and I had to get creative when planning a Covid-Sensitive wedding. After extensive research into the area I found Holden Beach the perfect place for such an event and Julie the perfect person to rent from to make that happen. She was kind and communicative from the beginning and was one of the only home owners in the area willing to let me have such an event in her home. She answered every question I had and even let me take a tour of the home months before the wedding date. Not only was she easy to work with, but I could tell she was genuinely excited for us to have our special day in her home. My guests and I were blown away by the house and how perfect the back yard was for a small reception. I couldn't have dreamed of a better place to have a beach wedding than Holden nor a better place to have my reception than the Yacht Watcher.

Great house, Big, fun, close to beach and most activities within walking distance. The house will accommodate a large group without feeling crowded at all. I would highly recommend this rental to friends and family. Definitely a 5 Star property.

We rented this house for our family that includes our three grown children and their families, so 8 adults and six children ages 3 1/2 to almost 11. They all slept in the upstairs “dorm” room that has 6 beds!The house is in a great location on the waterway with a dock and only a short distance from the beach. This house has so many amenities that no one would expect, including a game room. Even our youngest enjoyed the “pac man arcade machine! The pool is enclosed within a safety gate. We enjoyed the new ping pong table in the large open garage along with the corn holes. Nearby cousins brought their boat to the dock to take us on rides along the waterways. And the house itself is very nicely decorated and appointed. Everything is clean and light and fresh! Nine of our family members live in WY but we hope to get them back for another visit to this house! We already have friends that are interested in renting it after our great experience!Julie, the host, is excellent to communicate in a timely manner!
