I came here on my bachelorette party with 12 girls and to say it was perfect is an understatement!! All of the houses and the pool area are pristine and so cutely decorated. The front main house is a little larger than the others so we used that as our home base and then everyone had room to spread out in the other homes. It’s also nice that each house + the front gate has key pads so everyone can come and go as they please. The house is a short 5min Uber to all the awesome bars in Wynwood and only 20min to South Beach. The host even let us check in early when we landed and check out late so we didn’t have to hang out in the airport for hours - they were super nice and accommodating and there for everything we needed the entire weekend. THANK YOU for making my bachelorette so incredible and memorable at your gorgeous home. Don’t think, just book.

I do not have enough good things to say about this property and its manager. We came to Miami for a bachelorette party with 16 girls. The set-up of the three houses with a central pool is the best idea ever! Everyone had their own space and was comfortable and we were all able to relax by the room together. The location was fun, close to the arts area and we felt super safe. Check-in and working with Edger was one of the highlights. He is so personal and it adds the extra touch. Houses were clean and stocked with items for the kitchen and the bathroom. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again. :D

The house was walking distance to the Design District which was great and not a bad Uber to the beach as we spent on day on the beach! We were able to hang out with the entire group outside (might need a few more chairs for a group of 18!) but it was really great and our whole weekend worked out perfectly. Don't forget to bring your own soap and shampoo but other than that, the kitchen was stocked well with spices and coffee etc. and dishes. We appreciated that for sure!

Words can't describe how perfect this property was for our recent trip to Miami. We were honestly concerned about finding a home large enough for our big group of friends to spread out, have space to work / sleep and yet still enjoy each others' company; however, this home was able to do all that and more. From the moment we booked, the host made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. They immediately called to confirm our travel plans and offered both a flexible check-in and check-out which really goes a long way when trying to balance a crazy work from home schedule. Outside the accomodating and communicative hosts, the home itself was amazing. First off, the concept of 3 homes in one is perfect for a large group and having a beautiful pool in the middle made for an excellent place to contegrate and relax. Secondly, the property was spotless with more than enough towels for everyone and the WiFi was fast for those of us working during the day. Lastly, the location was extremely convenient to Wynwood, South Beach and Brickell, and was even within walking distance of the Design District and Midtown which are both home to a lot of great restaurants and shops. From start to finish, it was really a perfect trip and I would highly recommend this home for anyone traveling with a large group (or even if you want to splurge and have a ton of extra space for a weekend)! We definitely hope to visit again one day soon :)

There were ample bathrooms, towels, and kitchen supplies. There was even a blender for smoothies! The cleanliness of the home really stood out to us, it felt brand new and pristine. He was incredibly attentive, checking even for flight delay so that he could welcome us to the property when we arrived. He gave us a clear run down of the home and any check out instructions. Check in was simple. Good communication with the owner. House and amenities were in good working order however the house is located in a pretty sketchy neighborhood and we did not feel safe walking anywhere outside of the gated area and chose to take Uber everywhere

This home was fantastic and came exactly as advertised. I booked the house with 10 friends and the house had more than enough space to accommodate all comfortably. Edgar, the property manager was excellent and extremely responsive. He showed up on time to give us a tour of the property and also gave us some helpful tips on things to do for our group. Would highly recommend staying in this unique home. The pool and bbq are also a huge plus!

It was such a delight to be able to spend Sunday at the pool relaxing, we even chose spending most of the day at the pool instead of going back to the beach because it was so comfortable. It was great to be able to have separate kitchens so everyone could make tea and coffee in their own villa without waking up those in the main villa. The layout of the entire place is just so perfect for a large group of adults (and I’m sure the separate-but-connected villa idea works great for kids too). Everything was spick and span upon arrival and the hosts were incredibly kind and professional. The internet went out the first night because of a fluke outage but the hosts did not hesitate to immediately come try to help solve the issue and even bought us a beautiful bottle of champagne to make up for it. You will not regret staying in this incredible home! I know exactly where I’m staying the next time I visit Miami.

Also no TV in the 3rd bedrooms in all 3 houses. The owner should think about adding cable, only has ROKU on the TVs that are there. The properties were clean and comfy! They had extra little things you wouldn’t expect you needed like salt and pepper hahaha. The managers were nice and welcomed us the day we arrived! They solve all issues quickly. We had a leaky sink and the plumber was there the next morning first thing! Great house in an awesome area.
