The community is very peaceful and clean. You can tell that the year long residents really take pride in their little slice of heaven. The home was stocked appropriately and a good size for three plus a dog. We enjoyed using the pool and the proximity to the beach and other parks in the area. Try shrimp landing right down the street for some great peel and eat. We look forward to returning!

Great little fish cabin,! Perfect location short ride to marina . Very cute and clean and we were able to bring our dog! We would definitely stay there again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

My daughter and her friend and her friend's mother were looking for a short getaway to include springs, fun, yummy food and chill time. The setting was unique and beautiful, the pool refreshing, the place was well stocked and super comfortable. It felt out of the way yet five minutes to stores and ten minutes to yummy restaurants. We swam in the pool, sat out on the porch and kayaked nearby. We enjoyed every minute and were only disappointed we could stay one night! Thanks for the relaxing, easy time!

We had a relaxing time in this lovely condo in Crystal River. It is located in a group of condos, and we liked the location of this one because it was really close to the pool and to the parking area (made it a lot easier to carry in luggage, etc.).The condo is a perfect size for two people. It is bright and cheery, decorated in a nautical theme. Everything was provided to make the stay easy, including kitchen utensils and linens. It was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Tom was wonderful to communicate with, always replying quickly to any questions we had. The area is quiet and beautiful, a paradise for boaters and fishermen. My husband enjoyed the very nice golf course that was right up the road. If you're like us and don't want to cook all the time on vacation, there are several good restaurants in Crystal River. In short, the condo is great and this is an ideal spot for a relaxing vacation.

Tom’s place was perfect for a quick getaway. The property was beautiful and quaint. The unit has everything you need and the communication was easy! We hope to come back sooner than later! Thanks for an amazing stay and even better memories!

We had a great time in this clean well equipped open space condo as a family of 3. Our son slept on the sofa. From the bedroom area gallery one has a very nice view on the water channel. The modern sensor heating was a blessing during the cold days (december 2022) . Crystal River was a perfect stay after the busy days in Orlando. Diving Rainbow River, snorkeling with the manatees, the seafood restaurants, the beach at the end of the road and the many trails were really great

We loved the place. As advertised. One thing that we loved is that all the cabinets were not cleaned out between stays. The bonus?? Need some olive oil, salt, pepper, pancake syrup…all supplied!! Very comfortable in a quiet, beautiful landscape. We would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed every second of our stay
From booking to check out, communication with Tom was easy. He responds quickly and answers any questions you have. The condo was so welcoming, the scenery was beautiful and the neighbors were friendly. Boat docking was easy in low tide and high tide. Fish cleaning station was super nice to have too. The condo was stocked with literally everything you could think of! I am So very thankful Tom and his family allowed us the opportunity to stay in their home. We will for sure be booking again.

One of my favorite places
This is the second time we have stayed at Tom's awesome river retreat and hope we will be able to go back soon. Since our last stay the owner has rebuilt the deck which was a great improvement! I don't like to complain but to be fair in this review the only issue we had was the ceiling fan upstairs. This fan really needs to be replaced, it shakes and makes racket whenever it's on so we just turned it off. Thankfully we travelled with our own fan which helped. I really love Tom's place, we enjoy the area, fishing and the many places close by to go have dinner. We got to hang out with some of the other folks there we met during our last trip and it was like meeting up with old friends. As much as I would like to keep this place a secret, I can't it's great. Tom if you are ever looking to sell please let me know, we are interested!

Wonderful!!!
What a wonderful home! Everything was perfect, from the location to the amenities. Easy check in and out, well stocked, the pool
was perfect, the beach lovely, the view ideal, and the peace and quiet just right. What really stood out was the quality of the mattress! That’s usually the one thing lacking in any rental, but here we slept like babies. The neighbors were even delightful. I would absolutely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends. Thank you!!

Excellent getaway!
I was looking for a quiet location to escape from the busyness of everyday life and this place hit the mark. It was clean, quiet and relaxing. I was not bothered by anyone and the property manager was beyond patient with all of my questions leading up to my stay. I will certainly visit again!

The property was gorgeous and easy to get to. We enjoyed staying near the water and near Crystal River, and loved that it was pet friendly! Check-in and check-out was simple and communication with the host was easy!

Beautiful and Relaxing
We would come back! Plenty to do or not. Away from hustle and bustle, but close enough if you want to venture out. So peaceful and beautiful are the surroundings, we took a walk both morning and evening. The condo was great! It had everything we needed, and neighbors were so nice. Owner was very prompt, we loved it! The Shrimp Landing was a hidden gem!

Just right for a couple.
The rental was in a quite secluded area in Crystal river. Everything we needed to cook our own meals was provided. The only thing I couldn’t find was a hot pad and some dish towels, So we made due with paper towels. Plenty of linens and towels but not enough wash clothes. I felt right at home snd very safe. The property manager was extremely pleasant and helpful with showing us how to use the keypad to open the door and working the tv remote. The pool was beautiful! I wish we could have went swimming but the weather was cold. The deck was nice but dated from the weather. Didn’t stop us from sitting outside. My only complaint was the walls are very thin. And you can hear everything. I would stay again for just because of the location.

Crystal River
We really enjoyed our stay!! The condo was perfect for our little family. It was well stocked with everything needed, right down to toilet paper, trash bags, and even seasonings in the kitchen. Thomas was a great host and very quick to respond to questions I had. The location was great as well, very close to Three Sisters where we were able to snorkel with TONS of manatees. The only downers for our trip were the weather (it was cold!!) and the pool isn’t heated, which means we couldn’t use it. Otherwise it was perfect! If we make another trip to Crystal River this will be the first rental I look at! Thank you!!

Our Crystal River Staycation
We had an awesome vacation in Crystal River. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family. Lots to see and do in the area. Fort Island Gulf Beach is only 4 miles away and sunsets are spectacular! Highly reccomend this property. The owners are prompt to respond and very accommodating. We'll be back.

Had a great stay at this getaway!
The condo was exactly what we needed for a biking/hiking adventure at Crystal River. The condo was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It is conveniently located to many outdoor trails, and the owners were very responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay there again!

Just as advertised
The property was very nice and exactly what we were looking for. I would love to visit again post COVID to enjoy even more of the local offerings. The location was perfect--isolated but a short drive to everything we wanted. Strongly suggest visiting the state parks. Great biking and hiking. We even saw a manatee.
