My husband, 8-year-old daughter, golden retriever and I stayed at this wonderful home for 3 weeks in summer 2022. We could have stayed for months! The home was clean, comfortable, well-appointed and the perfect place for our extended East Coast visit. The best part of the property is the back yard, and photos don't do it justice. Our whole family enjoyed many afternoons swimming in the pool, playing tennis, and enjoying dinner outside on the deck. The interior of the home is classic New England colonial, with beautiful wood floors throughout. Kitchen has all of the tools, glasses and cookwear you could need to feed a large crew. Appliances including laundry all function well. Wifi is strong, air conditioning works well (it was hot out during our stay!), and the linens are clean and soft. Our daughter even had a chance to use one of the home's two pianos for her virtual lessons. Owners Lisa and Michael were so warm and welcoming, and extremely responsive anytime we had a question. We visited the gorgeous Mercantile at Graybarns right down the road nearly every morning for coffee, and many evenings for a cocktail and charcuterie. Silvermine Market is a great place to grab sandwiches for lunch. Can't recommend this property enough and the owners are wonderful!

Great property and we had a fantastic time. Only thing we didn’t like is that the pool is not heated.

We rented Lisa’s house for one month in the summer. The house had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The pool and tennis court are gorgeous and well maintained. Both Lisa and her neighbors Dave and Rosie went out of their way to make sure we had a smooth and enjoyable vacation. Very recommendable.

The house and pool and tennis court were fantastic. The neighborhood can’t be beat!! It was the perfect place to stay and the owners and their property managers Dave and Rosie could not have been more helpful. It was truly perfect and I highly recommend this place.
