Palmterrace was just outstanding in every way. The whole resort is oriented over a huge lush valley with mountain views which took our breath away. The rooms are just as beautiful - we spent one night in the one bedroom Chalet and it was just wow! The views over the valley were spectacular from the bedroom especially at sunrise and the size and comfort of the space was amazing. Our second night we moved to a standard villa by the pool (because the chalet wasn’t available) and it was still luxurious and spacious. The rooms and pool are oriented to make the most of the spectacular views.
The lovely staff made our stay extra special - nothing was too much trouble and they were just delightful. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast and both evenings and were impressed by the selection and quality. Not too many places offer dragonfruit chia smoothies with the standard breakfast! Wifi was really good throughout the stay despite some heavy rain and we appreciated the free mineral water provided.
We loved the area - there are some amazing views nearby including the incredible Berina rice terrace about 15 mins by scooter.

This is one of the nicest stays we've had. It is away from major tourist spots, but we enjoyed having space and tranquillity. Well worth an extra effort to get off the tourist path.

Great new spacious rooms with awesome bathrooms. Huge infinity edge pool with beautiful view of mountains and Lempuyang temple and awesome staff, so kind!!
Everything was awesome! Yes, location is a bit remote but you know that when you book it. We loved the peace and quiet. And if you want you can organise transport for trips to keep you busy.

A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A szállás nagyon tiszta, mindennel felszerelt. A reggeli bőséges és finom, a többi étel is nagyon finom. Elhelyezkedése a keleti látnivalókhoz nagyon közel van, csendes nyugodt helyen. Medence nagyon jó.

Everything was amazing! Yuni and Febri we're fantastic, friendly and caring. The views were amazing, as were the rooms. Food was delicious. Perfect for a quiet spot to relax or to use as a base to explore surrounding areas. Highly recommend

Beautiful property in a stunning location. The staff were lovely and the food was amazing . Great place to relax. Koko the driver was excellent and added lots of local knowledge and points of interest to our tour. Will definitely return here.

Beautiful infinity pool, in hilltop location, overlooking the jungle. Room was stunning, beautiful bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower, bathtub, separate toilet and vanity area, plenty of storage space, lovely seating area, pool chairs with towel provided. Staff were lovely, and helpful, food was great.

We had the pleasure of staying 2 nights at Palmterrace. It is a smaller place which is a great opportunity to truly kick back and relax.
It is located on a hillside with stunning views - Lempuyang Temple to the east and Agung to the west.
You can rent scooters/motorcycles at the reception and make sure to take day trip as the area has beautiful scenery, rice paddies and sights.
The restaurant serves tasty and fresh food making up for the secluded place.

It is an prrfect place to relax, unbelievable views, clean and modern rooms, delicious food and truly customer-oriented staff.

What stood out was the exceptionally long swimming pool, very suitable for swimming lanes. Also the rooms are very tasteful and modern, and the view from the terrace is great. Restaurant was surprisingly good.
Sometimes the staff was a little bit uninterested and phlegmatic. Not very good at giving recommendations either.

Almost everything, a clean and cool room with an opening directly on the pool area. An amazing view and the quietest place! People were kind and they have a great bike rental service, very useful to move in this area.
Some issue with food (probably an accident though) and I would have liked more clarity on the contact numbers. In particular, when part of the order is missing can be communicated directly in WhatsApp instead of giving the info once the food is delivered.

It's just great. The food is luxurious, rooms (more houses actually) are comfortable and spacious, the personnel are very friendly and helpful, the view - gorgeous. One of the best hotels for me.

They served a wonderful breakfast which all my family enjoyed it. We tried dinner once in the hotel restaurant which was also great. We stayed 2 nights, the bedroom was spacious and comfortable with good view. The location of the villa is in the middle of nowhere so I recommend you to check and plan your activities beforehand. It's quiet and great escape kind of place from city life, you can enjoy pool and cozy time with family.
The first night we stayed, my husband got bitten by a giant centipede in the master bedroom. It was really big and brown one, quite painful experience for him... It's not really the fault of the villa as probably it escaped and entred the villa from the forest around it. We told the hotel staff and they were helpful enough to get rid of it straight away. Now we think it was also a part of our holiday memory but be aware and also take note that there is no clinics nor hospital in the area.

One of the wastafel was leaking, we stay for 3 days and they happened to know it on our 2nd day morning, still not fix it until we checked out.

Everything was perfect! Room, cleaning, pool with fantastic view, friendly staff, tasty breakfast and calm of the nature. This is hidden gem of Bali and i hope that we will return soon.
