The house is near to new and very convenient to the beach and restaurants. The use of the golf cart was a big plus and it worked perfectly to transport our gear to the beach as well as dining out. We have stayed at many different places on SGI and this was the best so far. The owner was very helpful and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for a week with our pups and had a wonderful time. The house was in tiptop shape with updated kitchen and baths, TV, internet, and in a quiet neighborhood. The fenced in yard was great for the dogs. The owner responded immediately to any question I had. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect. Host and house were very accommodating. We have been coming 32 plus years… first time we ever had a golf cart. The house was further from the beach than we usually stay but the golf cart made it GREAT! Comfortable, clean, adorable and very pet friendly house. Definitely plan on a trip back to Flip Flop Inn🌞

This property was perfect for us! Clean and spacious with a deck on the back and a deck on the front. Perfect for morning breakfast and evening cocktails. The owner provided a golf cart which was perfect for crushing around the island. We were able to bring our very well behaved Labrador which always makes our trip to St. George complete! Thank you so much for the fun times!

Great week on St George . First time not staying on beach and it was wonderful. The provided beach ride worked well. My puppy loved the fenced yard. I will come again.

The house is only couple of 2 house blocks from the beach access and a 5 min golf cart ride from every restaurant/shop on the island. The golf cart is 2 seats with a flat cargo area on back, so it won't take a big group but was perfect for the 2 of us with beach/fishing gear and to go eat or make grocery runs. Nita and Bruce were very communicative with reaching out before the trip, checkin on us while there, giving recommendations on places, and even helping suggest some pet friendly hotels when we decided to add a night to kur trip since the house was already booked. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone with dogs looking for an affordable place on the island!

We stayed during T. S. Fred and had only minor issues. The pictures do not do the property justice. It is a very nice place to stay. The bedding was nice cotton quits and the mattresses were excellent . The decor was tasteful/minimal and there was a tv in all the rooms if you care about that stuff (we don't). The kitchen has a K-cup machine, towels, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and plenty of dishes, pots, etc. The fenced yard was nice to let our dogs play while we enjoyed coffee on the back porch. Plenty of space for families to spread out and do their thing. It was short walk to the beach. The house is close to town, but also feels secluded. St. George Island is the best beach in the world and I consider it a privilege to be able to spend time enjoying it once a year. We have stayed all over the island in the last decade and this is one of my favorite houses. It is a great comfortable beach house for you to stay in between visits to the beach.

The house was within a great distance to everything! The golf cart made it even easier to get from point A to point B. Beach access very close via golf cart. Linens were already on the beds upon approval and towels provided with our weekly stay (which was nice). The house had a tankless hot water heater which was also very nice!! King size bed was very comfortable with a memory foam mattress. Also, fenced in yard was very nice for our dogs! House had a few quarks as most properties do…nothing major that would affect your stay. Property owner was quick to respond and easy to get ahold of.

Had a great stay. Loved the fenced in yard. Easy trip to beach, gulf cart made it easy to haul stuff to beach. Husband would have liked fish cleaning table. Might want to list keurig, we brought ours since it wasn’t listed. Liked talking with owner We would rent again

Great location, easy communication. Clean, comfy and just as presented. Perfect rental for bringing your dog along. Flip Flop Inn was a hit!

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Close to everything, but on a quiet street. Fenced area is the best I've found on the island. Large and secure. We just opened the front door, and our dogs were content. Overall no issues. Kitchen has more utensils and gadgets than ours at home. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

This rental was great for bringing our two large dogs to SGI for a week. A lot of houses have small dog restrictions, but not Bruce and Nina. They allow larger dogs, and they have a very secure metal fence that surrounds the front yard and below house sitting area. I could let my pups outside in the morning to run, and not worry about them escaping or pushing through a cheap fence. Very secure. The interior is simple, clean, and functional. The street is quiet, but you have easy access to the beach a few blocks away. A golf cart was included, which we did not use, but it was nice to have an alternative transport to our pickup truck. Next time I return to SGI with my dogs, I will definitely check to see if this house is free.

This property was very clean. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Property was very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Property was only three blocks from the beach. The two golf carts provided by owner made travel to beach access very easy and convenient. Overall our stay was a great experience.

Very clean. Easy check in. Our pups loved the fenced area. 90 seconds to beach via 2 seat golf cart. Just remember to charge it daily.... Will be back.
