the property is new and well designed. we had 2 bed rooms suite and one bedroom. it is very clean and the beds were comfortable and all linen were almost new. the view to the sea was stunning. the suite has very big balcony overlooking the sea. I thank Mr Artemis and Mrs Stela for their help and hospitality. they were always welcoming and available to answer any question you need. the breakfast was excellent and they serve it in the suite. also I want thank the recipient Mrs Armonela for her help. I fully recommend this place for anyone who want to visit Sarandë and relax.

Everybody was really nice, treated us with a smile and kindness. The suite was wonderful, and with the best view of Sarande. The best place i stayed in Albania.

Everything! The room was modern, clean, spacious, well designed, and the fact they bring you breakfast every morning is amazing! There are no complaints whatsoever. The husband and wife duo are so incredibly friendly, helpful and hospitable. So was the young lady in the evenings. They went above and beyond, and out of their way to make sure I felt completely at home for the 6 nights. Including making my birthday extra special 🥰

the suite is soo luxurious and it has an amazing view. Also, it’s very close to the city center and the staff were really friendly and helpful.Moreover, the breakfast was soo good and there was a great variety.

We had a great stay at the ArtNest Hotel. The service is very professional and good. The room was very clean and the furnishing is modern and up to date. They helped us with every question and has recommended us great places to see. Parking is no problem, there are many parking lots inside and outside. 10/10 Thank you very much!:)

The hotel was very new and nice. The suit was big and modern. It was very clean! The cleaner cleaned daily and the breakfast was also served to the suit! We really liked the hotel and service and everbody was very friendly!! They even had soya milk for us as we dont drink regular milk. I would definitely recommend this lovely place.
