Overall as it was a family trip,we enjoyed our stay.perticularly thanks to Mr Tiku sahu, front office supervisor and Mr Gitam sahu,Bell boy for their outstanding support to make our stay comfortable..

The room which have shown while booking the room was not allotted. Staff was vwrrude and argued for booking with another guest. I have booked for 2 guests. But they informed me it was booked for only 1 guest. I will not recmened for my friends.

The food at this hotel is top notch. And they serve it almost immediately. The staff are welcoming and helpful. They even arranged for an extra room at the last minute as we suddenly had another guest staying with us. A perfect overnight stay, didn't expect M hotel to be this amazing.
The extra room I requested had just been vacated and could have been cleaned better, but I understand it as it was a last minute request and they had to hurry to prepare it for me. The rooms don't have a latch-lock inside, so solo travelling women might feel a little uneasy.
