The place is very basic and not very roomy. The furniture needs to be updated . The bedroom is so small that there is not enough room on the sides of the bed to walk around the bed. Both sides of the bed are up against the walls in the room. The bathroom is very basis, not even a soap dish in the shower
The location of the property is IDEAL!!!

Long weekend in Deerfield beach. VRBO is located at the south end of the boardwalk. We parked the car and walked to beach and restaurants all 4 days. For walkers, runners and bikers, no limits. Good sized pool at 86 degrees. Safe sidewalks and bike lanes along the ocean and inter coastal. Kevin most responsive on checking in. Highly recommended. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The unit was the perfect location to everything and very clean!

The location is ideal - one block to the beach and slightly over a mile to towns in two directions. The pool was lovely. My place was really small, especially compared to others (I visited another guest, whose place and 2 /12 times the size of mine.) I suggest charging slightly less for it. Also beach supplies were handy!
My only complaints / suggestions are: 1) there were not instructions on how to use the television and I had a miserable time with it; 2) need more kitchen basics, such as tupperware, a sink drain strainer, at least one pod of coffee or loose coffee (so one can have a cup before going shopping) and oil; 3) the light over the bed would no turn off when the bedroom fan was on - we just unscrewed the bulb.
The manager of the property was really responsive.
I will stay here again.

I tested positive for Covid a day before we were to leave. Thank goodness I took the insurance out bc the owner was very rude and just said you don't get your money back bc it was a day before we were to arrive. I've learned a lesson and don't know how often I will stay in something like this from now on. It may be easier just to rent a hotel room.

They’re truly amazing here.the place was spotless. The host Denise and the property manager Kevin are the best ! We would recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice location, just a block from the beach. Pool was clean and had convenient suntanning spots right on the property. Room was clean and came with plenty of beach towels and chairs

Nice clean updated unit that fit our needs and budget.
Perfect location from beach, although we were not aware beach directly across from unit was closed for restoration project. But was nice to be right across from start of boardwalk. As others have stated, bedroom is very tight and has no door so is open to rest of unit. Also bathroom is in bedroom so if someone is staying on pullout they need to walk through bedroom to get to bathroom. All in all would not hesitate to stay again if ever in the area.

The kitchen and the bedroom are very small, but the location was good. People there were very friendly. The pool was nice, and the beach is a short walk away.

This is an older property which is kept in good condition. The unit we had was nice, except the bedroom was extremely small - about one foot on one side of the bed and about 9 inches on the other. Given the price and the closeness to the beach in winter, most people would consider this a good deal.

Cute place! Bedroom in apt 9 super tiny. Just a bed and wall touching each side so you had to crawl in from foot of bed. But I knew that from other reviews so wasn’t a surprise. Complex small and personable and other guests were friendly and helpful! Will stay again and try to get a bigger unit.

We absolutely loved the location and the property. Kevin was quick to respond when we had a question and the unit was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Neighborhood was walking distance to the beach, and short drive to food and shopping. We will for sure be back to stay here!

Our 1-bedroom suite was in a great location right across the street from the beach and the Deerfield Beach boardwalk. There is a lot to do within a 20-minute walk or a 3-minute drive.

What a little gem, very clean, and super close to the beach. It’s a little hike to the bar district of Deerfield, but you have a nice beachfront bar across the street. You are also only a small block walk from the beach. Everything was great, we are excited to return!

Beautiful beach
The condo was newly renovated and immaculately clean. We met the cleaning lady who was so sweet. The size of condo was just right for 3 of us, a little uncomfortable on the sleeper sofa but that was to be expected. The walk to the beach was short and easy. We loved having beach towels and 2 chairs provided for us. One more chair would have been ideal. The blue beach umbrella was hopelessly broken. Deerfield Beach was quiet, clean and safe even on spring break. The only regret I have is not renting a car. There are no grocery stores nearby, only one restaurant in the hotel across the street, and Uber and Lyft were difficult to use. We waited a long time for rides to show up and many times they canceled. The advantage of staying here is the lower cost, access to a kitchen, and quiet beach. Overall a nice getaway for me and my two daughters.

Our second time staying here and it was great once again. Can’t beat the location for beach access and anything else you may need for your vacation. Also took in a Inter Miami soccer game and stadium was super close by as well. Would definitely recommend and will be back hopefully soon.

Absolutely loved the location, close to the beach and able to walk to restaurants. One of the property managers, Kevin, was easy to work with and responded to our questions as needed. Definitely looking forward to coming back next year!

My husband and I were there attending a wedding at the Embassy Suites (directly across the street) which was very convenient. However, we had to uber to and from town. It was a walk we tried once, but due to the heat and distance; we used uber going forward which was not expensive (average $6 a trip one way to shopping /restaurants). It met our needs; but if you want to be closer to shops/restaurants you may want to book some place little closer to town.
