The cottage was perfect for us and exactly as advertised. It was extremely clean and well supplied. There are so many places to dine and shop within a few minutes walking time of the house. You felt safe walking in the neighborhood as it is historic and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the entire house was maintained meticulously. We highly recommend this place for anyone that's looking for a clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay in Sanford. We hope to stay there again in the future.

The location was amazing. The house was clean and well-supplied. The host has thought through every detail and more. Bikes were a hit! The communication with the owners was excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable. Charming neighborhood and precious place to stay for several days. Highly recommend!

My spouse and 2 kids stayed for a week in this beautiful 2 bedroom.
We particilarly loved the side portch, screened room and outdoor patio.
The location is right by a couple parks and a short drive or walk to the downtown district and shoreline of Lake Monroe.
The hosts are very responsive and accomidating. I will definately be booking again when I return to Sanford.

The Sanford Cottage was the perfect place for my husband and I to get away from Michigan winter for a week! Everything we needed was there (we thoroughly enjoyed the great coffee made in the percolator), and the cottage was very comfortable. We enjoyed daily walks through Sanford's historic district to downtown, and finding nearby places to take in time in nature (like seeing the manatees at Blue Springs State Park). We'd like to thank our hosts for a wonderful place to stay - and exactly as described in the listing.

This cottage provided us everything we needed. Plenty of towels and pillows, a comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, all with a cozy, nicely decorated setting close to Sanford and its many restaurants. We appreciated the off street parking and quiet neighborhood.

What a wonderful retreat! After long days on the baseball field my son and I truly enjoyed this quaint little cottage. Well appointed, so very clean and loaded with separate spaces to relax. Owners were very quick to check in on us we’re in touch throughout our stay. We will be back!
