The view and the location. Very convenient.
One bedroom a/c and water heater did not work.

Everything was just fine, they have to add some coffee mugs and soap trays.
The 2nd room was very small for two adults.

The host force to have communication outside Booking.com chat. If you are very particular about sharing personal data outside of the system like me. This is a big NO! There is no WiFi available because host did not pay outstanding bill. And complicated check in instructions too.

Clean, convenient place and nice environment.
The bed has a bit of dust mite as I got bitten, although can be fixed.

The place is cosy to stay in. However the parking was a bit difficult to find. We love the facilities here and the tasty food of restaurant Syed Ali. Will definitely come here again.

I try to search other thing’s like a soap for bath and the electric stove want to cook simple dishes are not function😔.

The place is very relaxing and accessible. Eateries are everywhere. Our family enjoys it and surely will.choose this area once we cones back again in few months time.

Management very very very bad !!! somebody can go inside your house anytime they want ! Give wrong directions! Wrong house ! On that time they don’t take any responsibility !

Very disappointed with the whole house look like. The whole unit very smelly and not clean. Bedsheet and pillows not clean. Utensils not wash properly. I would not recommend for family holidays in this apartments Blk 13B Unit 18-05. UHA not responsive in WhatApps. Security also not good giving instruction during check in.

Its away from the city
Its not the apartment i booked for. We got replaced with Iskandar puteri apartment instead. And its not the cleanliness that we expected. The bathrooms are dirty with rusty shower heads. I have a crawling baby with me and the floors are full of dust and hairs!

By the beach but no view of beach from where i stayed..By the way, u cant swim in the beach as there’s crocodile.
We waited outside a shop to collect the keys & the keys arrived 20mins late. They said cleaning but… When we checked in… Super dirty.. Even toilets & beds smell like armpits for the whole 3 nights i stayed.. I had to buy dettol wipes to clean surfaces & sprayed whole unit with lemon dettol spray and everyone wore home slippers.

the digital door lock is faulty and I was stuck outside the unit for 1hr - waiting for property admin to activate their maintenance team. provide genuine feedback to them but they responded with a disappointing reply. I won’t book again. toilet is totally not wheelchair friendly

Nothing other than location
It was a terribre unit. Broken sofa, broken stool, old and uneven mattres, unuseable stove plus rusted so badly.

We liked the design/decor, the location and the fact that we were allowed to check in earlier than the 3pm check in time because we requested it.
The property was pretty dirty and dusty. The fan were all dusty, including the lights. Cleaner should be instructed to clear the dust off too especially considering family with kids or babies like us. The AC in the second room was not working it all. We turned it on right away after we arrived but it never got cold. Also, they mentioned “No Smoking or Vaping” but the moment you entered, the whole living room smelled like cigarettes.
