We rented this for our anniversary fall weekend away. The location is pretty close to the village of Blue Mountain. There is a shuttle but we just drove over (5 min drive). We went for dinner there and went up the gondola for an evening light installation. During the day we enjoyed the beautiful autumn leaves and went to the Scandinavian Spa (7 min drive). As for the unit, it’s pretty basic. It’s nice having a kitchen but there were some things missing- needs to be restocked. There were only two plastic ikea spoons and a very dull food prep knife. We managed to make everything we wanted to and cooked most meals at the condo. It’s pretty close quarters- we could hear the neighbours and I don’t think they were being that loud. If someone was having a party it would be quite noticeable. But overall it’s a neat resort- very close the a chairlift if you were there to ski that seems nice. Carful when booking that you don’t get charged twice- we booked using booking.com and both vacasa and booking charged us. We had to call several times but vacasa eventually refunded us the 2nd charge. A bit of a hassle but it was handled so we are content.

Coffee table and dishes were dirty, bathroom outdated. For 350$ per night that was unacceptable. The only positive part was the location. Don't pay any more than 150$ (with all taxes and fees) per night for this place, it's not worth any more!

Room was good for our family, it was clean but the floors could use a bit more cleaning. Had everything we needed.
Except no bedding for the pull out which our 2 kids were to sleep on. We were not told to bring any. When I msged to ask about the bedding they said they are gonna have someone contact me cause there should be bedding. No one ever contacted me and I reached out 2x about this.
We had to come up with something on our own.

Great location, facilities in condo were good, and on-site Thai restaurant fantastic, but ... poor cleanliness, leaking dishwasher and lack of on-site help/management irksome.

The rental was neat and comfortable. It could have been better cleaned up outside the door too so that there are no bugs crawling in. The door lock was an issue but they are quick in attending to the issue. Overall fine

Cute and small with the ability to change the thermostat how ever hot/cold preffered. Bed a d pillow cases could have been softer. Pillow cases were rough so it wasn't great for sensitive my skin.

I was there with myself and 3 boys , I thought I was getting a bedroom however it worked out but you can hear everything from the people above , the location was great to the pool however the hot tub was broken , the condo was clean and overall had a nice time

OUTSIDE SITTING COVE- Musky, Damp, and Milddewy. Poor Lighting. Furniture old. Needs to be refreshed. Would NOT sit out their to relax.

While the building looks old from the outside the inside had everything we needed. King bed was comfortable. Appliances looked new. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was cold until we figured out that we had to turn the baseboard on at the baseboard (no switch).
From the picture we figured it was a gas fireplace but it was electric with no heat but since the heating was good it was not an issue.

Studio adequate, but needs a makeover. Furniture overly used, everything wobbly and in need of tightening. Sofa not very comfortable, and a cushion had stuffing coming out. One of the smoke detectors hanging by the wires because screws and drywall anchors had come loose. Front door lock difficult to operate.

This unit is on the lower level (dark closed in patio), parking lot facing, too small for 4 adults and also, on the main sidewalk to the base of the mountain which meant lots of foot traffic outside our windows and patio. Not a huge deal if the privacy isn't a priority and/or you want to just fall into bed after skiing. It's the basics and we had a great time but a larger unit would have been better for us. Kitchen had everything we needed for basic meals, drinks and snacks. Bathroom had all basics, however if wanting a jacuzzi, the tub could be updated. Fireplace doesn't throw heat but pretty. TV was multi functional, secure storage for skiis right ouside the door. Options around checkin/out were not available. Overall good stay, just too small for two couples.

Condo complex located very close to North lift! Convenient! Condo complex is dated and needs some TLC! All units are different so some could have been upgraded and perhaps more amenities!

Went for a 3days away from the city.. the place was perfect near the village and was near the scenic caves which were targeting to go! Thank you for a wonderful get away your place made it feel like were just home!! Cleanliness and everything you need is in the house!!

Overall the property is in a great location, is very clean and looks exactly like the photos. Why such a low score then? The key amenities are past their prime. The bed is extremely hard, you can feel the springs. You can't comfortably sit on the sofa without the cushions caving in. You end up sinking forwards. This is likely due to the sofa bed underneath. We cut our vacation short and left a day early because we couldn't sleep .
