We were just 1.7 miles a way from my sister who owns a condo at the diplomat. We realized we were able to walk there only the last week we were last, pretty flat in Florida. Unfortunately we didn’t have the hot tub like we thought we would. The house was very comfortable but a bit pricey.

Overall a great place. My husband and I stayed on the small side, our teens stayed on the big side. I loved that! The location was great, being on the edge of the downtown, and generally it was well stocked. There wasn't much TP and Kleenex, and things were a little tired. Scuffs, peeling paint, flat cushions, stained towels. Horrible warped, scratched pans. Thermostats didn't work well. I didn't love that we were asked to strip the beds, start laundry and take out garbage cans before leaving. But really the place was cute and very functional. I liked how private the back yard was and the parking was awesome. Would stay there again.

This property is great. Great set up for families, very clean and the amenities were good. Very close to retail stores, great restaurants and the beach. Would stay here again. Great hosts.

The only thing I hate is we could not stay longer! Perfectly located and very clean with lots of extras to help make our short stay even better! Easy to follow instructions for traversing the property and amenities! Beach is practically across the street! We are already checking the calendar to plan a return!

Very nice private property but close to lots of stores/restaurants and the beach. Property owner needs to provide instructions for air conditioning took us a long time and unfortunately a personal visit from property manager (who was terrific by the way) to cool the place down. Nice to have beach chairs etc but larger beach towels would be great and maybe a few staples in the kitchen like tea/coffee/sugar plastic wrap/foil to make it a little easier for a short beach getaway. Would definitely recommend and stay again if visiting Cocoa Beach.

My husband and I stayed here with our three daughters for a week & it was the most spacious perfect home for us. It was extremely clean & had everything we needed. We were able to make dinner every night and everything we needed was there. It is right across the street from the beach so extremely easy access. We will def be staying here again. This home is beautiful with an awesome back porch and fenced in yard!

Cute little house centrally located to the beach, restaurants and shops. Easy walk to the beach. Everyone we met in town were polite and friendly. House is set up for more than one couple. Would stay again.

We had 10 days here and enjoyed our stay. Only a short walk across the road to the beach and a mile or so from Publix. Would stay again.

This house is in a great spot— easy walk to the beach with young kids. Backyard was great to play in also. House set up was perfect with grandparent traveling with our family. It is well stocked. We appreciated the boogie boards too. Thanks for sharing your home.

We had an amazing trip! The house was absolutely perfect for our group. It was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. The location was also ideal, the beach was right across the way. HIGHLY recommend the Pink House. We would most definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful 3 weeks at the pink house. The location was perfect to both beach and restaurants. We biked, walked, beached all with ease. We had a few minor issues during our stay but it was always addressed promptly by Janice and her staff! Can’t wait to come back!

This is great place for vacationing in Cocoa Beach. The house has two separate houses in one and was perfect for a stay with friends. The house was clean and each house had its own separate appliances. The only draw backs were the sheets did not stay on the mattress and the pillows were flat. But, I still give the Pink House an excellent rating.

So many great things about our 3 week stay! My Dad stayed on the A side and I stayed with visiting guests on the B side with a second bedroom. Could use a few more handicap friendly items on A side but we made it work with a rental chair and some shower bars. Close to everything and good parking. Well stocked kitchen. Grills need upgrade.

This house was perfect for our stay at Cocoa. The beach is a short walk across the street. The house was very roomy, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It actually has two kitchens, and we made use of the extra refrigerator. The kitchen had a good stock of kitchen utensils and appliances. Everything was very clean and well ordered. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in the pink house. It was so cute and perfect for our group. It has everything we needed. The location was exactly what we were looking for. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. We would definitely rent it again when we return to the area.

Perfect beachside getaway
We loved this place- it was so clean and bright. The kitchen had everything we needed to stay in and cook, the living spaces were comfortable and beachy themed. I highly recommend!

I loved everything about this property. The location, amenities, atmosphere, cleanliness, and so much more that i cannot list. The small things were the best part. Pool floaty for the little guy, extra dishes that you wouldnt think would be in a condo but hey.. Had a washer and dryer in it which was a plus with children...Made it much easier. Two baths were a plus because of children as well. The owners were so polite and welcoming as they let us check in early which helped with arriving early with kids. Pool was always clean and the noise was controlled. There is nothing i had an issue with.

We were very impressed at the excellent location and well maintained property. The decoration gives a nice refreshing touch to the house. It was super clean and had everything we needed as if we were at our own home. The beach is also across the street and there were very few people.
