Property was well cared for. There were plenty of beds and sufficient kitchen. After all we were there to be on the beach, we just needed a comfortable place to sleep and a place to prepare meals.

The house was very cozy and spacious. Beds were all VERY comfortable. So many nice appliances! Fully stocked kitchen with nice spices. The lights were hard to figure out. The upstairs bedrooms only had closet lights that worked, and there was a motion sensitive light at the top of the stairs that was super bright and annoying in the middle of the night. There didn’t seem to be any way to turn that off. Lamps would have been nice in the bedrooms and living room. Great house for the price and location!

Everything was awesome, close to the beach and stores. However there is a ant problem in the kitchen. Other than that Everything was well kept clean and very enjoyable!

We enjoyed our stay BUT, there are some things that need to be improved. The home needs to be exterminated because there’s an ant problem both inside and out. When we arrived to check in, the keyless entry would not work and I spent 45 minutes on the phone on hold before finally getting to talk to the property manager. Also, I booked this home for 5 days for 10 people and both bathrooms only had 2 spare rolls of toilet paper and only 1 extra trash bag in the kitchen. If you book this home for a crowd, be sure you take extra. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and the house is cute and well stocked with kitchen necessities.

It’s a nice property. Typical beach rental. Pictures on ad need updating though, as the house isn’t as new as it looks there, but it wasn’t in bad shape. It was good for a family weekend trip, but for a week or longer vacation I’d personally look for a more up to date property. Management was great though. We had a couple small issues upon check in, but they had them taken care of within 30 minutes. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay at all, it was just a tad different than we had expected.

Topless Weekend
Rented this house to enjoy Jeep weekend. It was a great location. Close enough to the beach but far enough to enjoy the quietand relax. It was clean and spacious. Very enjoyable stay.

We are family of 6 with 2 young children under 6yo and 2 Dogs 🐕 In a addition of hosting people over. This is our 2 beach trip; the house is perfectly equipped with all kitchen necessary. We are big home cookers and comparing with our previous experience I had packed my entirely kitchen. Lol 😂 it’s was worth it! Our kids played with other locals and had their chance to visit the beach with in a walking distance from what my son call “ mommy; I love our beach home”

The house was comfortable and easily accommodated 7 people. The backyard is directly next to the canal where you can watch fish jump in and out. Fishing rods are even provided if you wish to fish in the canal (with a permit). Just a short walk down the road will take you to the beach where its lively both day and night. There's plenty of cookware if you wish to make meals at home, but there are also plenty of restaurants at Crystal Beach.

The house was super clean!!! We stayed during spring break and was super happy that the neighborhood was very family and pet friendly. The walk to the beach was short but we ended up renting a golf cart. We will definitely come back!!

No tv or WiFi
The home was great and well equipped with everything you need. Very Close to the beach. The only thing that wasn’t good was we notified them several times about the WiFi and tv. We stayed Thursday through Sunday and not once did anyone try to get us TV or WiFi after contacting them several times.

Comfortable place and short walk to the beach
We were happy to get this place for 2 nights during the week. The accommodations are very comfortable, and relatively new. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed just a short walk to the beach.
