Communication with the manager of the unit was great. We had a few issues and she got back to us promptly, and we really appreciated that. The house was a bit smaller than we expected (we have some tall people whose heads almost touched the ceilings lol), but it wasn’t too much of a hurdle. Just a short walk to the beach, and we really loved using the shower right outside to wash off the sand before going inside!

The place was exactly like the pictures. Very homey and clean. Great location and super close to the beach. The neighborhood was pretty and nice to take the dog for walks. Pet friendly house that did not smell like pets!

It has been updated and boasts a brand new fridge. The neighborhood is pretty with new homes cropping up between the old. The best part is its a half block to the beach. We loved sitting on the deck having a cocktail and enjoying the beach breeze.

This is a nice beach cottage. It is close to beach access, has a nice decor and is well stocked. Almost any non-perishable item you will need for your beach vacation is here. The only down side is space is limited here. The rooms are small, the yard is tiny and there is little privacy from neighbors. That's not a problem if you spend most of your time at the beach or out and about exploring the First Coast. I would come again, but without the dog and the cat.

Very small. Pictures are misleading. Construction in all directions. All AC units failed and while temporary ones were delivered, they did not cool the house. Ended up having to leave early as we just couldn't handle the heat.

We enjoyed our stay. There are some steep steps to the upstairs if you have elderly they may need to stay downstairs. We loved the 2 living areas. This place is well equipped do not bring beach chairs there are enough beach chairs and beach towels for everyone! There was also some buggy boards. The S’mores station was so cute we didn’t get a chance to use it. We loved this place! The kitchen has everything you need. Finally a VRBO with enough towels, toilet tissue, paper towels, and also washing pods. Yes there are some portable AC units but we didn’t need them and we were all comfortable with the separate units you could dial up or dial down. We will definitely stay again!

Location is great property is below what was advertised, exp" 1. yard and concreate area was covered with weeds and debris, 2. upstairs keypad entry door was stuck and took two people to get it open, 3. BBQ was rusted out and was not able to be used., 3. some doors inside could not be closed because of being wrapped or building structure settling, 4. down stairs toilet had to be fixed by me twice to get it to operate, called owner and they did come out within a few hours and corrected. 5. two portable AC units were not vented to the exterior so as much cooling they put out the exhaust heat made them useless, 6. The majority of the exterior lighting did not work, 7. parking area had a 1.5-2ft drop down making it very dangerous in parking 2 cars side by side and some one stepping off and getting hurt.8. Needs to be sprayed for spiders my wife was bit in the down stairs BR and her finger turned black but did not have to go to the doctor.9. wood paneling and based boards are coming off the walls If your looking for rustic and close to beach this is it, the house has potential to be a great location steps from beach but needs a lot more work to make it worth staying there again for me. I would not recomend this place.

Beautiful little house just steps away from the beach. Susan, the owner, has decorated the house perfectly and she thought of every detail needed when staying away from home and on the beach. We were 6 ppl, 3 adults, 3 children and we were all very comfortable. The house has 2 areas (one upstairs and one downstairs where guests can sit comfortably to just chat or watch a movie after a relaxing day at the beach, as we did. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, grocery stores and a Target as well. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the beach is almost all yours. Highly recommend!
