Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood, host responds quickly. The backyard is an oasis with lots of areas to sit and relax. Plus, several varieties of birds and squirrels feeding were a joy to watch. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. I would highly recommend.

This is a perfect place to stay in Springfield. We hope to do it again as we go to this area quite often. Neat as a pin with lots of extra special touches that a lot of VRBO's don't have. She even put chocolates on each bed! She was very responsive to a small issue we had with a dead battery in a CO2 unit and changed it right away. This one is the real deal. It looks just like the pix and the back yard is gorgeous. Very private oasis in the heart of Springfield.

If you are looking for a rental home that checks off all the boxes and then some, look no further. We spent a full week at this property and it was wonderful. It was spacious, clean, quiet neighborhood, beautiful private yard and fully stocked with many extras! We will definitely return here while visiting Springfield, Missouri in the future.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Sharon’s Sanctuary. We enjoyed seeing some attractions each day but enjoyed as much, landing back at the house to relax for the evening and visit. Sharon is a wonderful host and the property was exactly what we needed for our getaway:)

My family loved the property. The house was everything the description said and more. The back yard was beautiful with bird feeders and lots of flowers. Breakfast supplies and snacks were provided. Couldn't ask for a better time. Wonderful host.

The property overall was very nice. Clean and in a nice neighborhood. Well worth the price. Good location for us to work out of. Only had one major problem. I am over 6 ft 1 in tall and the recliner chair in the living room was way too small for my comfort.

We have stayed at many vrbo properties over the years for various vacations. This home is definitely at the top of the list! It was a wonderful home away from home with just about anything you might need for your stay including snacks, condiments, shampoo, lotions...etc! We also enjoyed just sitting out on the back deck with family when they came over. If you want to go out to eat, try Allies Family Restaurant right up the street on Chestnut Pkwy! It is delicious and they give you ALOT of food!

Sharon’s home was amazing from the moment we walked in the door. The home is bright and welcoming. Sharon’s adding touches with breakfast items and snacks is a welcome treat! The beds were all comfortable! The living space was equally enjoyable, she even had a fire stick in the TV that allowed us to watch a late evening comedy. This home is also conveniently located within 15 minutes of Missouri State. I most certainly will be returning when we have family come to visit our college student.

This was our second time staying here. We love its proximity to our family in Springfield and it meets our need well. My Mom loves watching the cardinals, blue jays and squirrels in the backyard. Thanks again Sharon.

We enjoyed the artful decor of this sweet property. Quiet neighborhood and within easy driving distance of everything we wanted to do while in Springfield. The owner is thoughtful and considerate, and everything was well explained in her messages and notes in the home. We LOVED being able to pull the car right into a clean and spacious garage for ease of access. Comfortable beds and all the amenities. The only thing I wish I had was a shower cap, but seriously, it was perfect!

We had a wonderful time! The house was super clean, and decorated so cute! The back yard was a huge bonus! And the host was more than accommodating!! Fantastic stay!!

Communication was excellent, clean and fresh smell, back yard was very inviiting, well stocked, super comfortable beds, holiday decor was festive, many extras!!! We loved it and will stay here again when we are in town for a few days. Thank you soooo much :)

Sharon was an absolute delight to correspond with about the house. The house was as described and was very welcoming. It is a well stocked home. It was also the little touches as the welcome sign on the door to the welcome note and a binder full of information about the surrounding area. We would love to stay again.

When my daughter booked her wedding venue in Springfield, I began a search for a good rental to stay in in case we needed to accommodate other family members as well. This one was perfect! It was not only close to our venue, it was very easy access to so much around town. Sharon was a great host with communication & she went above average hosting accommodations!

We rented this property for our first annual reunion. It was very comfortable perfect setting we did not want for anything in the house all our wishes and needs were at this house it was absolutely perfect and comfortable!

Sharon's place was so lovely! She truly thought of everything. After a long flight with 2 little under 3, we didn't have any groceries. There were eggs and breakfast stuff already there. When I'd get cold on the couch there was a blanket right in reach. When we wanted to eat outside and enjoy a beautiful day there were paper plates and citronella candles at the ready. There were even baby-proof locks for the cabinets that might be dangerous. The neighborhood is pleasant and safe, the yard is beautiful, and the house is comfortable. I can't recommend it enough!

We were very impressed with our stay and in a quite neighborhood. The house was very cozy and inviting. It was very clean and it was the best stocked home we have ever stayed at. We also really enjoyed the backyard and sitting on the back deck watching the birds at the bird feeder. Sharon was an Over The Top Host. This location is great! The owner completely stocked up everything for our stay. She supplied coffee, snacks, even left eggs and sausage in the fridge for us. She left soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The house is very clean. There were notes all over the house telling you how things worked and what ghey were for. The backyard is great, a small back deck with a table and chairs, a swing on one side of the yard, a gas bbq and a little sitting area under the trees. We will definately stay here again. Thank you so much for a great, very comfortable stay!

This home was so nice. The owner was so easy to communicate with. We stayed a full week visiting our son and his family. We were able to have a nice dinner at the home, and even had our granddaughters spend the night one night. We can't wait to come back.

This was a great little place to call home while in Springfield. It was spacious enough for the four of us (with capacity for 5 guests) but also cozy. The backyard is BEAUTIFUL. Sharon was a great host and the snacks and breakfast items she provided were much appreciated. If I go back to Springfield I will definitely stay here again!

My aunt, wife and myself came to Springfield for our niece's wedding. We were looking for a place to call "home" for our stay. We definitely found the right place! The home was spacious and spotless when we arrived. Sharon stocked the fridge and cupboards with food/snacks/drinks (all of my wife's favorites, too!). The eggs and sausage that were in the fridge were especially welcome after a long day of flights and a drive in the rain from Kansas City. BREAKFAST FOR DINNER! :) The back porch was used every morning for breakfast/coffee and we loved seeing the squirrels and cardinals stopping by the bird feeder for a little breakfast as well. Having access to the garage for parking helped on the one rainy night. I could go on and on, but quite simply, this was the best houseshare visit that we have experienced. Sharon also was a lifesaver as my wife left her purse in the house when we left. She called me immediately and we were able to head back over before driving back to KC. Upon our rearrival, we struck up a nice conversation and my wife found a new bestie (she even got Sharon to take a couple of pics with her). Hopefully we will return again some day (maybe when the niece starts having babies haha). Thank you again for sharing your lovely home with us!
