I took my family here for Thanksgiving break and it didn't disappoint. The house was clean and spacious for my family of 7. There was enough blankets, towels, dishes, etc... for everyone. The amenities at Paradise Village were great and my kids loved swimming in all of the pools.

We loved the condo and the location. Close to Tuacahn. The pool was nice. Neighborhood was clean and quiet.
The only complaint was that there were crumbs on the kitchen floor and counter when we arrived and half of the plates had been put away dirty, so we had to put them right into the dishwasher. I suggest they get a new cleaning company.

While we did enjoy our stay, we were very surprised that the home was messy upon entering. There was a pile of dirty sheets sitting on the dining room table, a used towel sitting on the floor and the master shower appeared like no one cleaned it after the last renter used it. The washing machine and we’re both full of linen. We’ve stayed at Paradise Village many times and this is the first time we’ve encountered this. It was disappointing as we were so excited to get away and be here. It was enough for us to conclude that we might not be staying here again.

We loved our stay here! The neighbor was perfect location and so fun with the pools and water park. The house was in great condition and an amazing layout for families. We did a day trip to Zion and had so much to explore around Santa Clara. We will be back!

Overall, this was a nice stay. There were some minor challenges, but they were (mostly) resolved by the end of our 2nd day. We also booked through a 3rd party site and received very little (if any) communication through that platform, even in response to our reported concerns. When I called the office directly there was a faster response, but only during business hours. When we arrived after hours and had no remotes to turn on the televisions, this was unable to be addressed until the next day. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty upon our arrival and had to be cleaned, likely due to the next issue. The dishwasher leaked into the kitchen each time we ran it, but we were instructed there was nothing that could be done while we were there. This was inconvenient, but not a deal breaker. Important note: there is no ping pong here- not sure why that's in the title of the listing. Also, there were fireplaces in the home but no remotes to turn them on. Again, puzzling.This location is spectacular, nestled in a clean community of nightly-rental vacation homes. There are two pool complexes, great for a dip after a long hike. It's bikeable to a park (3 bikes are at the property) with ball fields and pickleball courts. The town of Santa Clara is moments away and has all the amenities one might look for.Our family would stay in this community again, but would likely not choose this property.

We escaped the snow and found this incredible neighborhood with a petite waterpark included. The water was soo warm and we were delighted. So close to Snow Canyon & the sand dunes there. Home was clean and mattress very comfy. We loved it!!

We stayed here to be close to parents for Thanksgiving. It was perfect. House was well appointed and very clean. Clubhouse with pool was across the street. Big water park a short walk.
Harmon's grocery store a few blocks away. Bike trails and Snow Canyon State Park nearby. Will be back.

Kitchen well equipped, good location, fun pools, bathroom and kitchen floors didn’t seem cleaned when we checked in and there were hairs on the clean towels

The property was clean and we found it as advertised. Very happy with that part of our experience. We had a situation that was very undeserved and unprofessional by a member of management from Salt Lake. Also, we paid extra for an 11:00 early check in but the house was not prepared until 11:50.

We may consider this our staycation second home!! The bikes are my kids favorite part. We love the location. So close to the pool and we would ride our bikes to the paradise village pool.
On the other hand, The dishwasher didn’t work, at all! After running the dishes two times and not getting any of them clean, we ended up washing all the dishes by hand. This is not convenient. It could use better pans for cooking. Looks like they’ve had lots of use/scratches.

Dirty and disgusting
When we showed up to the property I set some things down on the counter and touched something gross still on the countertop! I proceeded to inspect the rest of the kitchen and there were still crumbs on the floor and all of the counters were dirty. After that I went to the master bathroom and in the toilet room there was hair all over the floor! Me and my family were so disgusted. We just kept finding one thing and another that was not clean, we even started to wonder if they had changed the bedding! I emailed the company but still haven’t heard back from them.
It is such a shame because it is a great area and an awesome resort in a nice location. But if I ever see that a VRBO’s property manager is Utah’s Best Vacation Rentals I will definitely not stay there.

Towels were mildewed and smelled terrible, one should have been retired as a car towel. The pots and pans were atrocious, we had to buy a pan to cook our meals. The glassware was very spotty but I believe that is the dishwasher, dishes had to be hand dried after running the dishwasher. Not one Kleenex box in the entire house; The location of the house is next to a very busy road, master bedroom is on this side of the house, the traffic noise, mainly construction vehicles start at 5am, we ended up moving rooms to the front of the house, not much better.

We had such a great stay here. The home had everything we needed and all the Comforts and extras possible. It was in a great location from the main roads and close to the pool but nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable and we totally took advantage of the outdoor seating area.
