The house is nice and comfortable. There are a few “buts” though. There were tons of ants in the master bathroom, both dead ones and alive ones. I told the management and someone came to spray. It felt gross though rest of house ok. I asked if there was a pack and play and whether I could check out later at the time I made the reservation. The answer was yes to both. Then another staff person told me no pack and play. Again just before arriving I asked, and they said no pack and play but yes on checkout. So I hauled my own crib in the airplane. Turned out that was wasted effort and money because they had one. And then for checkout they said no when I contacted the day before to confirm the time as instructed. So communication was weak overall. I also object to telling guests that they will get $10 Amazon gift card if they give a five star review. That’s unethical no? It was written in a card in the living room.

It was perfect for our ski vacation. Close enough to get to all the mountains in about 35 minutes and close enough to get downtown for nightlife.

Close to excellent restaurants, a little bit of a drive to ski resorts but nothing too long. The house was in excellent condition, very neat and organized. Love the property and stay. It was a wonderful location and would stay again. It would be nice to have more than one laundry pod and dish detergent especially if we are expected to run loads upon exiting.

Great area, great house!

This was a wonderful house for our family reunion. It is close to walking paths and a park. Four of the bedrooms are nice size and one is tiny which was perfect for our granddaughter. We had trouble being able to use the fire pit since the key was not available. After notifying the management, we were told maintenance would contact us. Disappointingly, no one ever showed up. Also we were not able to open the front door, so had to walk around from the side door to enjoying the seating on the porch. I noticed these were problems listed with a previous review as well. The hot tub was wonderful and was very relaxing. The patio furniture was very comfortable and nice for gathering outside. There was plenty of space for everyone to be enjoying games and gathering. I would strongly suggest management create a notebook with directions for everything with the supplies needed (fire pit key) in a drawer. Plus a list of restaurants nearby. This has been very helpful in other places we have stayed.

A small group of us stayed for a week. We had a great time and the facilities were adequate. We wrote a collective "improvement list" that did nothing to ruin our stay, but they were little things that could easily be improved to make things a little more welcoming and convenient. The neighborhood was family oriented and quaint, lots of activity, but very quiet. Thanks for being our home away from home.

The property is excellent. It felt very homely including the neighborhood. The park behind the house provided a break in the day to see dogs and have my daughter enjoy the playground. Close to everything you may need during a stay in Salt Lake Coty.

The house was so nice and in a great area. Very comfortable place to stay. Would stay there again!

This home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our group of 7. Having central air with this heat was certainly a plus. The kitchen could use some basic essentials like sugar and coffee. I was actually very surprised that this home didn’t have any of that because all homes that I have ever rented do. Thankfully there was a grocery store near by. There are also restaurants near by. The hot tub was up and running and super clean. The back yard is an amazing place to sit and gather. However, we did not find any instructions on how to use the fire pit. I had to call the number that was given to me and I spoke to someone who then told me that someone from maintenance would be calling me. They never called me so the next day I called again and was told someone would call me. Few hours later, while I was at a concert I got a call with instructions. So the following night when we were finally able to use the fire pit I followed instructions but never found the key they said was in the kitchen drawer to turn on the fire pit. Needless to say this was very frustrating. Thankfully my husband was able to turn it on with something else. It would be really nice if you put a binder together with instructions on how to use fire pit and where you can find key and lighters to help start it. And maybe add a list of restaurants to try out and suggestions on places to see. All of the bedrooms were super cute. Master bedroom was perfect. My friends did tell me that the beds downstairs were not very comfortable. The women said they would constantly sink towards the middle of the bed. One of the husbands looked under one of the beds and the frame is completely busted. Other than what I have listed above, the house was perfect and I would highly recommend this place. This was a 4th of July vacation to visit my son and his daughter that live in Salt Lake City. We arrived on July 3rd and left on July 8th. The house was large enough for our family of 7 (4-adults & 3-kids). The location was great (a lot of trees in the neighborhood) and as advertised. There was an issue with the AC unit on the third night after we returned home from dinner. I contacted the property manager and the maintenance crew arrived the next morning. A window unit was installed until the repair parts could be obtained. The AC technician arrived around 2pm to install the defective parts and the main unit was back in service. Due to the hot weather (average temperature ~100 F) during our stay, we were not able to truly enjoy the backyard (hot tub, pit). It would have been nice if there were outdoor umbrella's available to provide shading. Therefore, the kids really enjoyed the front porch and yard.
