Walked into the room, and there was water on the floor, the bathtub in the restroom was unacceptable and the room smelled like mold.

There was no good part
There was no staff available to check in or awnser the phone. Lobby was locked. We had to wait over 4 hours for booking to return money and we were responsible for finding our own hotel at 1:30am. And we're charged double for another hotel. This was an awful experience from waiting at the door and right the bell and calling over and over. Dont waste your time staying here

the beds were VERY comfortable
hot water didn't get hot, fire alarm was removed, just old and outdated and dingy
key card didnt work, and instead of getting us a new card the attendant just walked us up and let us in and left
it was late and we only stopped to sleep, so we were too tired to argue, but it felt very weird to be in a room with no key card and was inconvenient that only one of us could go out at a time
there was a delay checking out the next morning because of not having key cards - they had to wake the attendant that let us in to confirm we didnt have them
it was obvious the family running it lives there which is fine but it felt odd to deal with an attendant in their pajamas multiple times

What location was good close to the interstate
They are a rip all the employees live inside of the hotel and they charge a deposit for small kids although we had a family room upon check out they were not wanting to give us back our deposit we had to record them and threaten to send it to legal aid what is agar deposit back

The location was perfect. It was fairly close to everything.
The room smelled bad! There was also mold in the room. The window had a big circular crack in it at the top.

They had air conditioning a bathroom and bed.
Found Cockroach walking on bathroom floor. No morning coffee. Definite musty smell.

Great location for where we were needing to be. Comfortable clean room. Reasonable priced. I only rated it a 5 because of the staff issues not the property itself.

Staff was nice; even gave me a gift bag of goodies.
For $81, I felt like I was at old motel where people lived. The staff was nice, but the room smell horrible...I couldn't use the tub...uncomfortable. Just sprayed it candle & told myself it was for one night. This shouldn't have been a suggestion from you guys. Its like I trust you wouldn't suggest a place like this.
