The breakfast was good, bed comfortable , room clean , friendly staff, good location by Walmart and baskin Robbin’s . I love ice cream . Nice indoors pool. All you need is a jacuzzi
The blinds didn’t close all the way I felt exposed a little, I just kept the lights off at night and slept

It was clean, the front desk staff was very warm and friendly.
Only room service every other day but no one told us that. There were no towel racks or hooks for our used towels that we are willing to use again. No lotion and bed was exceptionally hard.

The receptionist that worked nights on this night I met her I was very pleased and taken care of.

Clean, nicely decorated and comfortable.
Staff was not friendly at check in; not even a smile or friendly word let alone eye contact. You have to lift a phone to get in and the phone was broken and there was no sign explaining that’s what we needed to do so I was just standing there and she said or did nothing.

The location and the size of the room are great for the price. Bed very comfortable. The breakfast was good.
The bathroom was not very clean. There was hair and urine around the toliet. The shower was not very clean as well. I had to request extra towels at least twice.

The receptionist Mrs Princess, was a burst of sunshine, she greeted everyone with a joyous hello. She was interacting, responsive and people oriented. She made my day! And the rates were great!
The curtain was broken so it didn't keep all the sun out in the morning.

Location, breakfast was AMAZING! With great variety. NICE staff. Room upgrade after having issues.. However, still waiting on a call from the manager.
Doors need adjustments, we came back from church and our door wasn't completely shut,, very startling! Pool was closed one day, for maintenance. Loud kids EVERYWHERE for baseball terniments 🙄 No discount as of yet for inconveniences.

Break fast was good and hot and staff was nice
I got book for 5 rooms and when I called to cancel they end up giving me the wrong room.carpet was dirty sheets were dirty bed was torn sofa bed was uncomfortable with no pillows. Shower was unlevel flooded the whole floor every time we took a shower extra switch rooms but they did not honor that request shower pole broke and hit my mom in the face phone cord was loose could not use the phone

The TV did not work. I had to deal with a stopped up commode all day the second day.

It was really clean and pretty quiet. The staff was great. The place is in convenient area. It’s not that far from the airport and there are restaurants nearby. Overall, I definitely recommend it and would come back!
