This was the perfect place for our family vacation. The listing was extremely accurate and everything was exactly as stated when we arrived. Check in was a breeze and the owner communicated numerous times throughout the process and was super responsive. The location was so close to the pedestrian beach it made getting the kids back and forth effortless. I will definitely book again for our next trip.

We had a wonderful time at "Lazy Dayz". The house was recently renovated and the layout was perfect for our party of four and the dog. The kitchen included everything you would need for a meal or a fun beverage. We were on the third row but had no problem seeing the beach and water. Easy walk to the pedestrian beach and close to the Jeti. We were also surrounded by Surfside residents, so there wasn't a lot of loud renters. This was a huge plus for us. We would and hopefully will, return again to this property. Thank you Kat for being an attentive and friendly host.

House was perfect and spacious...(2 adults, 4 teenagers and 2 dogs) It was everything advertised plus more. We have stayed in 9 other houses in the same area around this price range...Lazy Dayz is the best by far... central AC will freeze you out on the hottest days and the reverse osmosis is a life changer! Perfect location from the beach. Very welcoming felt like home away from home! THANK YOU KAT ...we will definitely be back soon!

I don't think we needed half the things we brought with us, and there were a few things we forgot. No need to worry though because the house already had them. Everything was very clean and easy to keep clean. Appliances were very nice and easy to use. Already set up for a family vacation with plenty of games and even beach toys for the kiddo. It couldn't have been any better!

The property was very nice. No dishwasher, so plan on washing some dishes, but not a big deal. Comfortable beds and good location.

Great house and the host is super helpful and communicative. The house has everything you need and more! Movies, games, books, beach toys...a long list of wonderful things! The one drawback, and it wasn't a big deal, is there's no dishwasher. We had brought paper plates so we just washed pots and pans. You'll love your stay here!

The location of the house is close to a jetty and fishing pier. The beach is a hop skip and jump away. The house is super cozy and setup to relax. I didn't give it a 5 star since its a pet friendly home and unfortunately it was noticeable after the previous renter who brought their pet. The owner was very nice and worked it out with us. It was a plus that she checked up on us. Lovely stay.

We are a family of four and a dog. This house is perfect in every way! Its fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, towels, the location is perfect. Its a couple rows back from the beach but just a couple of minute walk and you are there. Unfortunately it rained almost tge whole time we were there but we just enjoyed our time away from home and the environment. The owner is very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

I've always been fascinated with the houses. On stilts and figured this would be the perfect opportunity to see what 1 was like. It When we arrived the house was really beautiful. The stairs were very sturdy, although rough. With my arthritis, I require stairs that I can The Count on to support me going up-and-down, wood was very rough and could you send sending, I was extremely concerned that if I slid my hand along the rail I would get splinters. Otherwise they were very good

Cute House close to beach access
The house was within walking distance of the pedestrian beach entrance. It was decorated so cute, one of the things we enjoyed was the filtered water at the sink, saved us from having to use bottles of water for cooking. The kids loved the swings downstairs and the red wagon made the trip to the beach easier. We LOVE this house and the location, we will definitely be back! ❤️

Weekend getaway
Nice beach house that is a close walk to the beach. Enjoyed playing in the water and sand then coming back to rise off in the outdoor shower. We stayed inside mostly at night because of the mosquitoes.

A nice family-friendly vacation place!
We enjoyed our stay at “Lazy Days”! The house is very clean and there are so many extra things provided, including kitchen items/cooking accessories, towels, board games and even a cart for the beach. Kids loved swings and lights. Overall, owner(s) are very thoughtful and we felt very comfortable during our stay.
Also, there is a nice view from the deck; very close to the beach. Neighborhood is pretty quiet for the area.
Additionally, Kat is very good with communicating information and was very quick to respond when needed, polite and helpful.
Would highly recommend!

This was a great stay!! The home was a perfect size super close to the beach!! A 1-2 minute walk at most.
The kitchen space was a GREAT size especially with little ones running around. I liked the convenience of having all the supplies I needed, typically we pack much more than we need & it was so nice having enough space. Spacious fridge and FANTASSSTICC sink.
The outside shower & inside restroom facilities were nice and easy for the excessive mess of sand.
Our only negative was the beds. We didn’t enjoy our sleep.

Perfect Family Spot
The beach is close enough that you can come and go as you need, but not so close that you hear any noise from the house. The pedestrian beach was never crowded even on the weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

Best Beach Weekend Ever!
This house is incredible - it is so clean, well stocked, and just a short walk to the beach and the jetty. This was our first time to Surfside and we can't wait to go back. This house is literally around the corner from the pedestrian beach, so the walk with all of our beach gear was super easy (even for the kids!) The house has an amazing setup downstairs - with a charcoal grill and swings. The 2 bedrooms were perfect for our family of 5, with a cozy living room with a TV and plenty of places to sit. We can't wait to come back!

The property had everything we could possibly need and the Seahorse Restaurant had excellent food and a lovely view of the beach. We highly recommend Lazy Dayz and we will be back again.

The was no need to bring anything other than some food, snacks and beach towels! I loved the porch area for relaxing and listening to the wave and the below the house area for hanging out with the twins playing darts while we BBQ’d on the new grill. The boys loved swinging on the swing as the other would swing on the hammock!
The beach was a really easy walk to, just around the block and there was a wagon there to fit all of our beach items. We went to the beach several times looking for shells, boogie boarding and looking for crabs.
The host is amazing and very responsive. Thank you, Kat! I will definitely be coming back soon!
