Great house with all amenities you would ever want right in the water!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at Villa Rosemary. The property lived up to our expectations and beyond. It was extremely clean and well maintained and contained everything that our family group needed from a 8 month old to 65 year olds. It was ideally situated between split and trogir and within east walking distance of a few bars, supermarkets and parks and swimming in the sea. The hosts were lovely and very helpful. They really wanted to do everything they could to enable us to enjoy our holiday. We will be returning!!

Sehr engagierte, zuvorkommende, hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieter. Kommunikation war perfekt. Angaben wie in der Beschreibung. Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und in einem guten Zustand, welcher regelmäßig gewartet wird. Das Meer ist zwar vor der Haustür (Privatstrand), dennoch (aufgrund der Lage) nicht sehr einladend. Das Quartier eignet sich sehr gut für Tagesausflüge. (Wandertouren, Strandbesuche) Die Infrastruktur ist aufgrund der Nähe zu Split sehr gut ausgebaut. Leider etwas laut - da unmittelbar hinter dem Haus eine Ausfallstraße Richtung Split verläuft. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern gut geeignet, aufgrund des gepflegten und umzäunten Gartens mit Spielplatz.

Dieser wunderbare und schöne Ort ist perfekt zum erholen, entspannen und spaß haben. Ob mit Freunden oder der Familie für alle was dabei. Die Ausstattung ist gut und von allem( Handtücher, Teller, Gläser usw.) ist genügend vorhanden. Beide Pools sind sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Gastgeber sind sehr bemüht einen schönen und Stressfreien Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Wenn was benötigt wird sind die Gastgeber zur Stelle! Kleiner Zwischenfall der im Krankenhaus behandelten werden musste…. Die Gastgeber haben uns hierbei sehr gut versorgt, mit Fahrt ins Krankenhaus und warten bis die Behandlung abgeschlossen wurde. Einfach toll! Die Lage ist eigentlich herrlich ruhig, leicht weg vom Schuss kein Touristengetummel. Ein Geschäft wo man alles bekommt ist zu Fuß 2-3 min entfernt. Auf Split braucht man ca. 20 min mit dem Auto je nach Verkehr geht natürlich auch mit dem Taxi. Aktuell ist eine Baustelle vor dem Haus an der Straße, von welcher man aber im Haus oder im Garten nichts mitbekommt. Man kann am hauseigenem Strand baden, sich Sonnen oder mit dem Bord raus paddeln. Man möchte das Haus am liebsten garnicht mehr verlassen. Wir haben bereits für nächste Jahr angefragt aber dann für 14 Tage!

The house is very nice, clean and has a lot of amazing amenities. Check-in was super easy and Biserka and Grgo were always very quick to respond to any questions we had beforehand. The two bedrooms on the second floor are great for a bit more privacy, the other ones downstairs are nice too. The kitchen and living room had everything we needed to cook and we often used the outside grill for barbecue at night. Pool and Jacuzzi are amazing as well! There are three large supermarkets only a 5 minute drive away, two smaller ones are within walking distance. Split Center is also only a 15-20 minute drive away, depending on the traffic. All in all we would definitely recommend to stay here! :)
