Dirty floors, kept turning our feet black, some dishes weren't as clean as we like and inside of some drawers were sticky with some kind of spilled red juice and inside of the fridge we cleaned up

Everything about this condo was amazing. It was fully stocked and smelled so good. Everyone from the hosts to the ladies at the place we picked up the parking pass from were so friendly. We wont be staying anywhere else from now on when visiting Gulf Shores.
I really dont know of anything that we didnt like. The jacuzzi tub jets didnt turn on but that was probably user error.

it was very, very clean. And the location was GREAT. Also loved the private pool.
The only complaint, if I just had to fine one, was that I couldn’t get the jetted tub to work lol.

Location was away from the busy hustle and bustle but very close to it for convenience.
I didn’t like that we had to find the rental agency which was down by the airport to buy a $20 parking pass (in addition to what was already paid). I feel that could’ve been left in the unit for the guests. Was notified a couple of days before arrival that this was a requirement.

jacuzzi didn’t work. Mold was in the master bedroom around the vent. also mold in master bath above shower. Bed in master bedroom needs more than egg crate mattress. bed was very uncomfortable

We loved everything! The place was absolutely beautiful and looked just like the pictures! It was in a great location which made it very easy to get where we wanted to!

Place is just like pictures. So pretty. Beds comfy. Might want to change pic of jacuzzi tub to have a stuffed animal in it to show how small it truly is. Will not fit an overweight person unless you want next to no water in it, lol

Convenient to the beach, state park, dining, and Foley. Very spacious and comfortable. Booking.com messages/questions were answered very quickly. Check-in and check-out were simple.
The towels smelled of smoke when we arrived. Before we could use them we had to wash them.

The location was great! We stayed there due to a softball tournament at Gulf Shores Sportsplex and it was only 12 minutes away. The grocery store was close and that was great since we arrived late and wanted to cook for breakfast. Amazing walking and bike trail was right at the complex. The place was very roomy.
I suggest hardwood floors or tile floors in the bedrooms. This is the only recommendation I have.

Very clean. Kitchen very well stocked.
The furniture in the den is obviously very old. No cushion…..felt like you had to crawl out when you went to stand up. Slats missing on the blinds in one of the bedrooms. Made it impossible to sleep past sunrise. The main problem I had was the fact that the cleaning lady showed up at 8:00 a.m. She backed into the “G” parking spot and literally stared at us the entire time we were packing up our car. Very unprofessional in my opinion. If you give us a 10:00 check out time, don’t park your car and stare us down until we leave.

The property was clean and inviting and although not on the beach, a very short drive to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. Easy to find with assigned parking for each unit and guest parking with great lighting after dark, too. Felt very comfortable and safe there. Had an amazing, safe time.
The internet kept going in and out, but was more busy exploring the area so didn’t spend much time needing it.

The host was amazing and we loved everything about the property! The local neighbors was very friendly and very helpful and the condo was very close to the beaches!

They had this cute little book that had amazing reviews from other guests and it was so clean. They did everything to accommodate guests under covid-19 guidelines. They even checked in to make sure everything was okay. Very homey.

Location was good,but the place was very Filthy& Dirty,Someone had cut hair all in 1st.Bathroom & Back Deck,Dirty Black Hair
Everywhere.Also couch & Sofa felt Gritty,Then we took out trash bag & food & nasty stains all inside can.Pool was so cloudy,u couldn't see under water.
The place was dirty.Filthy nothing was cleaned after last guest,who left black hair that was cut in bathroom & on back deck.
