Like other reviews here, communication with the host is poor. The apartment is located in a pedestrian area so you have to park nearby, but they won't help you with instructions on how to get to the apartment, where to park (some pictures are provided but without a point of reference they are totally useless), or where to throw the garbage. Kitchen facilities are there but no basic supplies like salt, pepper or oil are available, even though they specifically state they are included. Even batteries from remotes were removed. Everything they stated was provided, was not. I checked my phone and I had to call them 7 times - first because they did not pick up when wanting to check in, and then not answering the door when wanting to checkout. Around the apartment there is nothing. A bar is nearby, but it is closed always. So you need to drive to the beach which is about 10 mins away. Nearest proper grocery market is 15min walk. You have to pay for the stay in cash. I didn't like the place too much. If you have children it's not the best as it is incredibly unsafe (no railings on the stairs). Also the photos are completely different. I think they have two apartments, so maybe photos are of the second one. Anyways, good luck with this one.

The place is great! We loved it! It's secluded and quiet! There are 4 "houses/apartments", and they did some great renovations here. I spoke with the owner through phone and Whatsapp, but there was a lady, Violeta, that takes care of the houses. She doesn't speak english but there was no problem communicating with her. She went above and beyond with the customer service! She lives next to the house and anything we needed she got it for us! The house is up the mountain and it has a beautiful view! It's a quiet alley and next to the house there is a small market with the basic things.

It's not that I didn't like it but something to improve. Maybe make a map or something to arrive easier to the hotel. Not just here, but all around Albania, Google Maps sends you through crazy roads (had our fare share), so if you search the place on it, there are 3 ways 2 arrived, 2 of them are impossible by car. And besides, it's a little labyrinth that once you get it, it's easy, but at first it's hard. The owner was communicating with us all the time through WhatsApp and we managed to arrive.

The apartament was great, very well located (the area is very charming and only a 10 minute drive to the beaches) and has amazing views. Right beside there is a famíly run tiny market and for a fancy dinner Zoe Hora is 5 minute walking distance). There is a parking area (free of charge) close to the apartament.

Apartment is fantastic and the village is beautiful!

Check in was a little bumpy, but I do not think that is normal.

Beautiful town, comfy bed, great decor. Kitchenette was used daily and a nice touch! The lady that lives next door was so kind.
