Ubicación y limpieza. Amabilidad recepción.

No es un apartamento. Es una habitación con un apartado de cocina en un semisótano. Al estar en un semisótano apenas hay luz natural, ventilación, no hay persianas, y las bombas de agua (baño, ducha...) hacen mucho ruido. Por el mismo motivo nos han dicho que no podíamos tirar el papel higiénico por el wáter, lo que no nos pareció nada higiénico. La ducha apenas tenía presión, así que ya no intenté lavarme el pelo. Hemos usado "el apartamento" exclusivamente para dormir una noche con lo cual no se qué tal la cocina. Está bien si no te importan los espacios cerrados. Había otras opciones de habitaciones en el centro por un precio similar, así que yo no repetiría.

El lugar muy céntrico , el apartamento muy moderno , muy bonito

Bueno , la única pega que es un sótano y no tenia ventanas con vistas …

Location, close to restaurants, supermarkets and a 10-minute walk from the beach; ease of getting in and out of Seven Rooms.

The day we arrived (apartment 7-with kitchen) I noticed that the shower area had some water but I thought it had been cleaned before we arrived. When my son went to the bathroom and used the toilet, he put some toilet paper in it; when the toilet was flushed, the toilet was full of water and the paper was floating. As there is no one at the reception, I called 2 numbers that are posted at the reception;nobody answered.They called me 30 minutes later. I explained the situation to the lady, in which she told me that what happened (toilet full of water) was due to the paper that we put in it and I replied that there is no warning in the bathroom and the little paper was not consequence of the paper floating and the flood. The lady at the front desk told us to move to apartment 8; when I went to apartment 8 I saw that it only had the bed and the bathroom but without the kitchen. I called back and said that this room, apart from smelling of tobacco, didn't have a kitchen and I had booked with a kitchen, so we agreed to stay in the same room and use apartment 8 only to use the bathroom.The next day I asked the lady at the reception to check the toilet in the bathroom of our room; she continues to say that the flood had been caused by the piece of toilet paper we had put in the toilet and said she was going to call a technician and would charge a deductible in the amount of €50 to which I protested. I wanted to write in the complaints book which the lady at the reception told me to wait for the technician and find out what caused a flood. While we were staying at Seven Rooms (15-17 Jun) the technician did not show up.
