where to start?elevator wasn’t working so we had to take the stairs, then the card key didn’t work, twice! staff had to be called grudgingly from the back (even though it said to call if they weren’t there, she acted annoyed) they came to open room, but we never had a key that worked. room was cold, no extra blankets, no rugs, surfaces were sticky, did not feel clean. zero supplies or amenities in kitchenette. remote was not functional. it went from bad to worse and we gave up asking for help.
