The breakfast was nice and the place has a great atmosphere. The family who owns the property are very kind and helpful, special thanks to Luca for the tips on getting to some really beautiful beaches.

the patio is really nice, includding the music which the photos wouldn't show. It's rather a house with 4/5 rooms, the other guests were not noisy and after some initial adaptation you main feel like home. Easy check in and chedk out.

Breakfast is the same each day and it's the same you buy it on supermarket or have it there since except boiled eggs there are only milk, yogurts, one type of croissants, bananas and package juice. The window of the room faces the street on ground level with another house in three meters distance. Not much natural light then and for secure reasons we also didn't open it much. The bathroom....well the floor, the walls full of water resistant material instead of normal shower floor and wc materials...deserve a minimum investment on this. Recommended flips flops to don't shower standing on the floor.

very good location, beautiful grounds, garden. Very quiet. The family is nice and friendly. Appartments is clean. A very interesting fountain with drinking water in the garden. You can take a sun umbrella to the beach.

the only downside is the food. very monotonous breakfasts, for 2 weeks it was the same. Croissants, cereals, coffee, fruits. There was no cheese, sausage, eggs, good juices.

The bed was a bit soft

Family run business. All super friendly and extremely well organized, The still and sparkling water taps genius idea. The "domus" looks astonishing as soon as you enter the big anonymous gate. The little frontyard before the rooms gives you so much peace... The room was perfectly clean, the bathroom was renovated very nicely, and the area is quiet. Gaaton the little mascotte one of my favourite dogs ever.

Only flaw: not easy to find a parking spot. But truth to be told, there were celebrations for the town's Saint so maybe that's why.

Wonderful place to stay. Cozy, clean and comfortable. Everything was more than we expected. Superb hosts and very friendly welcoming. Loved the little dog. Recommend it to everyone who value’s privacy and comfort. Will definitely visit them again.
