It’s a stale basement. Some fans are not adequate for the high temperatures.

Property is located in a quiet residential area. The rental area is in the basement of the owner’s home. There is a separate entrance but it’s in the backyard and down a flight of cement steps. Rooms were extremely clean with the exception of a couple of spiders that made an appearance. Excellent value for the price! Dog friendly. Fully stocked shared kitchen. We had a brief but nice stay!

Only issue we had was that it was a shared basement and we had not realized that. Fortunately the renter of the third bedroom was not showing up until after the weekend. Clayton communicated great and the property itself was nice , beds were comfortable. Spacious and clean.

Was a pleasant place to stay in. Basement of a house in a nice neighborhood. There are 3 rooms, we had rooms A and B and another person not with us was in room C. Room A has a king bed and a bunk bed with its own private bathroom. Rooms B and C are Queen beds and share a bathroom that you can access from the hallway. Really was a nice and comfortable place-definitely different than a regular motel-but in a good way. I never met the host, but received messages periodically from him. Not sure if he got any of my replies. I would definitely stay there again.

It was rather cold inside as it seems there was no central heating or cooling, but we were provided with space heaters that made the rooms much more bareable at night.
This might have been an oversight on my part, but when I first made my reservation, I didn't see any language or images that indicated the space was shared. It didn't cause any issues however and our stay was very pleasant!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Had all the things we needed to be comfortable. We were able to make dinner there and were able to watch tv in 3 different rooms. Easy in and out.
