Air condition above bed, it goes directly in you when you sleeping. Some people like that me not so much 😄

Location is great, in the center of Baska voda. There are some great restaurants nearby, like King and Karlo, just make sure to make reservasions.

Too small bathroom - when a person is in the shower, the entire bathroom gets wet. The shower nozzle was not working properly, there is no space for personal hygiene products, no toothbrush holder, no trash can. We only got one toilet paper roll for the entire stay. The pillows were uncomfortable and had a really bad smell (like they were really old). We couldn't sleep on them, had to use our own towels as pillows. Bedding also had a bad smell, made me sick. I don't think it was washed previously because check out is until 9 am, and check in from 10 am. Towels were old and worn out, we couldn't use them. Luckily we had our own! We didn't want to use the kitchen because everything had a funny smell, and tap water, even though is drinkable, is full of chlorine - if you have a sensitive stomach, you will feel sick from it. So we had to buy bottled water all the time. Oh and the drying rack outside, I felt like I was going to need a tetanus shot just from looking at it! The parking didn't have enough space to park normally, it was almost imposibble to get out of the car. Pictures on booking are misleading. The beach is a public beach with too many people, too crowded. If you prefer smaller beaches with less people, avoid this beach (rather go to Brela or Pisak).

The location is great, close to the beach, bakery and shops. Very nice sea view from the balcony.

Large room with good beds, no hassle with the keys once you get them, private apartment, with a nice view to the sea. The hosts are kind and helpful.

Parking is troublesome (small place), the house is difficult to find and it is a bit far from the center. many stairs to the beach. The bathroom window is only yards away from the balcony of the other apartment next door. Hosts do not speak English or French, but they speak German.

This place turned out to be even better than we expected. The location was awesome, two minutes away from a beach and the main street with cafes and shops, seven minutes from a fruit market. We had a terrace facing the sea and spent very pleasant time there. The host was also very positive and nice.

The only tiny detail that could be improved is navigation: it's not very clear where to look for the host upon arriving, so I would put some kind of a sign showing the way, because we went to the ground floor at first as we usually do but here we should have gone to the last floor instead. Otherwise everything was perfect.
