Location1st class shopping very close beachfront very close ideal for me personally as I use a mobility scooter.

Access to back garden from street it was fine until the elderly neighbour upstairs strongly objected to us us using the double gate at the rear of the property which made it almost impossible to access with mobility scooter unfortunately won't be back for this reason only

Clean and acceptable accommodation.

Transpires the local hotel hosting the wedding was cheaper than the flat and the hotel provided breakfast so this wasn’t great value. Book late and check local prices carefully. Back yard was functional but no table or chairs to sit outside so limited in appeal. Trim on shower was loose and needed fixed but didn’t compromise the functionality of the shower. Had real difficulties in opening door safe to return keys. Safe jammed hard up against the door and hides the second release button ( needs you to press both simultaneously) and only one button is obvious. Phoned the contact number for help and no.one available so persevered for 40 minutes until discovered (felt) the hidden button. Host needs to insert a guidance picture in the flat and not just a link to a website for manufacturer. Because of this inconvenience, I mark down my enjoyment of this flat.

We loved everything about the apartment. Great Central location. Spottlessly clean, well equipped and comfy bed.

Great wee flat it’s was clean and smart and had everything you’d have at home .Very comfortable and neat it extra pillows covers the log fire was great .So close to beach and shops in the same street very quiet place .Would certainty recommend this hidden gem .Thank you so much for a great weekend ..

The blind in the bedroom is a bit short in width let the light from across the road shine in and you can see in to the bedroom from out side it needs a wider blind Ora pair of curtain .The kitchen did not have drainer for dishes .We never used the cooker but it looked great .Bathroom sink was brilliant as was the two headed shower .Troon is a great place must go back sometime in the summer .

Location of the property.

The heating in the living area is inadequate due to the ill fitting back door allowing cold air to enter. Felt cold in that room a lot. Did not like being unable to raise the blind in the bedroom so constantly dark. One small bath towel and 2 small hand towels not adequate for 2 people! No tea towels and washing sponges not very clean.

Location was perfect. Opposite the beach, a 100 yards to town centre. Quiet, cosy, beautifully finished.
