My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and we had a fantastic time! Such a beautiful location with gorgeous view, especially at night of the intercoastal and great view during the day of the beach. We LOVED the end balcony. Very peaceful location! The staff was so friendly and accommodating.

We have been to this resort before and love it in any season. Great property and staff is always top shelf and helpful. The unit itself is great for summer as this is the northwest corner of the building. Great sunsets!!

The grate in the shower had so much black hair tangled in it that you couldn’t see the grate itself. The bathtub in the 2nd bath had a considerable scum build up. The toilets were temperamental and one backed up. The floors had not been vacuumed. The couch upholstery was filthy.
Overall dirty conditions so we DO NOT recommend booking this condo.
The manager was responsive and did send someone to vacuum the unit. That was appreciated.

Furniture was very uncomfortable. My friend and I got stuck on the balcony. We could not enter the unit. The sliding door would not open. We had to shout to the valet from the ninth floor to call security.

Love the resort & unit! May was great with communication. The unit was very nice and just as advertised! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

You can't beat the views from the balcony! Wake up and have your morning coffee in paradise! Everyone was very friendly and always smiling, the pools are great, beach access is fantatsic. The room itself is well kept, very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed. Would highly recommend! May is wonderful and easy to speak with and get ahold of. Don't hesitate!

Unit was very clean at arrival. Beautiful views from the balcony of the intercostal and the beach. Perfect for the younger and older kids/adults!

We loved this place. It was clean, well equipped, the views from the balcony were beautiful. We enjoyed the stay a lot. Great location, grocery and restaurants were also close. Communication and guidance from May was excellent, fast and very helpful. Overall it was a great mini vacay for the family. We had a great time.

Perfect stat
The room as well as the resort we’re just what we were looking for. The kids had an amazing time and everyone at the resort went out of their way to make sure we felt well taken care of.

This is a wonderful two bedroom condo in a Marriott property. Well appointed, clean.
We loved our one week stay here! Everything you need is in the condo. Lots of great tests and shopping close by. Beach was beautiful with good service. You will not be disappointed.

Paradise in Palm Beach
We’ve rented VRBO properties in Florida for the last ten years. This property is by far one of the best we’ve rented. What we look for: cleanliness, comfortable furniture, cleanliness, working appliances, easy access to beach and pool, oh, did I mention cleanliness? The landlady was up front about costs, rental expectations, and very accommodating with our requests. We had a great getaway because there was no fuss no muss with the property so all we had to do was enjoy each other and the beach 🏖

The condo was really inviting , comfortable, spacious, had all amenities, outdoor wrap around porch was really nice. Property was great as well, staff could not be more helpful.
The cleaning service could do a better job of high touch service cleaning- bathroom, phones, dust etc

Outstanding experience
Our stay was perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pools were beautiful, the hotel and accommodations were beautiful, the food was excellent-even the lobby smelled wonderful! I was able to go and relax-nothing at all negative to say.

Not only is the property ideally located and decor beautiful, the wrap around balcony and phenomenal, professional, and caring service by May and the Marriott staff puts this property at the top of our group's list. We plan to return. The property is exactly as described and pictured in the listing, and that's also a plus.

The room was nice. And it was clean. The hotel overall though was a bit disappointing. They close the pools so you can’t have a night swim. Pools are small. Ocean was beautiful but the beach is really undesirable. The Hotel really needs to invest in a system to clean the beach , at least, on their property.. could be a much more beautiful resort with better management.

My sister had gotten married in this hotel 7 years ago, it was my first time staying in an official residencial suite but it was like staying in the hotel. I live on the water in Miami and my friends are also all locals, we can't wait to go back. We loved it. Live music by the pool too. GREAT TIME! Thank you for sharing your property with us we LOVED IT!!!! We will be back!

We had business to take care of and we also wanted to spend a beach day and this was perfect way to do both. The location was unbeatable as the beach was only a few steps away. The view from the room was gorgeous (both ocean view and intracoastal) the condo has a wraparound deck. Best part was you’re in a hotel as well, so you have hotel amenities plus condo living. It was really perfect. Very clean and everything you would need for cooking in the kitchen (though we didn’t) to a coffee maker, laundry, etc.
There was a lot of cool ocean-themed house decorations and very quick drive to Palm Beach and Publix right near as well. Lots of restaurants, etc. Can’t wait to come back when I have business in Florida. Lovely stay and thank you to the owners!

4 stars. High quality unit / bedding even if not super new. Service staff at Marriott was very good for the most part. Disappointed pools closed at dusk and hot tub not open (due to covid). Shower head could use replacement in the smaller bath. Loved master bath. Property manager May was very responsive and friendly to our few questions. Valet parking is a pain/extra cost, but there's likely nothing to do about that in this location. Premises of Marriott outside could use more attention (garbage) and the halls could use more frequent vacuuming.
