Best place we've stayed! Very accommodative and communicative! Loved this condo so much. Super clean and we enjoyed all the activities. Hope the new builds on the north dude don't ruin the view, we plan to come back!

Well furnished very roomy condo with lots of tiled floor and all necessary kitchenware and utensils. For us it missed a kettle. Close to Zion, Sand Dunes park, Snow Canyon. Great experience of renting ATB/OHV and riding in rocks and desert, don't miss a chance, especially that owner has a discount with them. Has Texaco gas station on 0.3mi where you can exchange your gas or propane tank if you suddenly ran out. Also few small things that owner promised to be resolved upon our leave. Grill would use some TLC but functional. Communication with owner company is very prompt and fruitful. They respond between 9am and 5pm. Bit noisy at night as it faces big highway half a mile away across the desert and nothing in between. 2 parking spots has door to other unit, not 4th, bit confusing, without any number on this door. High ceilings, good AC. tennis court and 2 pools (indoor/outdoor) with hot tubs. Recommend this place, will consider for another visit.

We loved our stay. It was a beautiful condo and was very clean. The communication was excellent and prompt whenever we had a question or needed something. This is our second time renting and we look forward doing it next year as well. We couldn’t recommend it more highly! 💕

Great place and inexpensive.

Coral Springs was a large spacious condo that served us well for our excursions into Zion. You drive through all the little towns between the interstate and Zion’s entrance, which were interesting to see. Read ALL the instructions for check-in even if your GPS gets you to the resort. We tried to get into the condo from the parking lot. Walk around to the front of the building to get in.

We had difficulty getting into the condo as the outside door was locked and it was after hours. My son had to climb over a tall metal door to let us into where the keypad was. The door to the patio was quite broken and the workman came and said they'd been trying to fix it for quite some time. Some other aspects were confusing (kitchen was labe led with items that were not there and I was worried we'd be charged but I notified manager and it was OK.; no key fob for pool, etc.) The place was not fully clean (under bed had not been vacuumed - there was a condom under the bed (unopened), sink was clogged - which they fixed, etc.). But, other than that, the place fully met our expectations and we were able to use the facilities, relax and enjoy our stay.

We had a wonderful weekend at Coral Springs. This condo is comfortable and stocked with everything you may need. It was too gloomy to use the pool, but it looked great! definitely recommend!

The condo was spacious and clean and had everything stocked! Easy check-in and check-out. We no longer use those popular travel sites when going to Southern Utah because Red Sands is always so nice. This is our third house we've rented and all we're very nice!

Check in process was seamless, nice and clean condo. Property company was very friendly and very responsive when I had questions or concerns. Beautiful view and and fireplace is fantastic!

The property is in a great location allowing for easy access to all of the local shops, restaurants, outdoor attractions, etc. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked with all the essentials and more.

The place was brilliant, great value for money and great location. The entire place was clean and welcoming, beds were comfy and the shower was great , it was a great stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Love Coral Springs and we have stayed in other Coral Spring units in the past and been very happy with them but this unit appears that it needs a little maintenance. We had to rewash all dishes and glasses because you could not see through any of the glasses and plates were sticky. Had to scrub off burned on matter on bottoms of frying pans. Very few items were replaced where they belonged. Silverware had hard water stains and only 3 teaspoons and 3-4 tablespoons. We dropped a few ice cubes on floor and where we wiped up the paper towel was black. Windows were dirty. Bathrooms and bedrooms were good. One barstool rung kept falling out. Couch arm had holes all over in the leather. No dish rags, only old sponges. Made 4-5 calls because we could not control the temperature in the unit. There was a sign above the thermostat that said not to turn any lower than 70 but it showed 78 in the unit and could not be changed. Property managers sent a maintenance person who was unable to change anything but said it was fine. Property management staff were courteous and kind but did not have enough knowledge to solve our problem. One property management person told us they had had trouble with this unit in the past because the AC froze up often. She turned our AC off for about an hour and turned it back on. St George was 104 at that time. Several times we were told we should be able to control the temp and they sent an HVAC person scheduled for 10:30 am but apparently he came at 9:00 just prior to our unlocking the gate. The last person we talked to finally told us we had no control over the temperature, that is was a Smart appliance and only their office could control it. I asked what the temperature should be and she said 73. At that time the thermostat showed 78 but within a short time it went down to 73 and stayed there the rest of our visit? All of this made our short visit kind of stressful. I definitely would like to stay at Coral Springs again but would definitely not choose this unit in the future and most likely not this property management company.

This condo was so comfortable! The master bedroom and bath and closet is huge!! We loved the balcony and fireplace and enjoyed cooking in the well appointed kitchen. The pools and hot tubs were perfect retreats after long days of hiking in Zion. Boys played golf at Sand Hollow and loved it, and we hiked in Red Cliffs and enjoyed Quail Creek Lake! Stage Wagon pizza was so good too! Loved this area and this condo - hope to be back!

It's huge. The Patio is the nicest part. Fireplace is a nice touch. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and in perfect repair. The main issue for me is the location right off the freeway. It's noisy and ugly with a view of a bulldozed lot and I-15. Most of the hotels in St. George are noisy and ugly to my taste so this isn't much of a knock. Note that it's not noisy inside the condo due to good sound insulation. There's a golf course nearby if that's your thing, but you can't see it. I don't imagine there's any crime as it's kind of in the middle of nowhere - at least until they complete all of the developments being built all around it. The other issue with the location is that it's impossible to get any food or coffee unless you jump on the freeway and drive 5 miles. There's no restaurants nearby (other than a giant liquor store that didn't appear open). Also, there is not much in the way of paths to walk or jog. I didn't particularly like the feel of the decor: everything is brown or beige and the lights are all incredibly bright. I like a more homey vrbo. But, that's all just personal preference and everyone will react differently. It's very comfortable if you don't mind the price and want a pool, etc. The front desk staff is amazing.

Clean and convenient

The condo was nice. Property had more damages than I expected. I’m sure it was in better shape when it was new but the pool had several broken chairs and garbage around the pool that hadn’t been picked up. Seemed like the overall property wasn’t well taken care of which was surprising for the price. It’s also a 45 minute drive to Zion which wasn’t ideal.

Enjoyed our stay. The place was very comfortable. Pool area was nice and not too crowded this time of year. I really enjoyed the building location. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean and easy to access. Location was central to Zion and other state parks in the area. Would definitely stay there again...

This was a very nice property and easily accessible. It made a very good "home base" for us as we explored the area.

Property was very nice, well maintained, clean, and comfortable. We were all impressed by how much space we had and how well appointed it was. Only complaint is that it was a bit in the middle of nowhere but not an issue just slightly longer drive to town and Zion than we expected.

If you’re looking for an extremely clean and comfortable place to stay near the breathtaking Zion National Park, you can’t go wrong with this condo. The place had everything you need for a comfortable stay. I’d highly recommend.

The property was clean and had nice amenities. The water heater was broken on the first day and was quickly replaced by end of second day. We went to several parks in the area to hike and the property was well centered for all our hikes. St. George is only 5 miles away with nice places to eat and shop.
