Location was perfect for the job we were doing that week

Owner took £100 damages deposit prior to our stay. When we got there they have a sign up saying everything needs to be cleaned so the next people can come in (slightly worrying as we are in a pandemic that requires even more stringent cleaning than usual). After our stay we hoovered round, washed up etc…. Then I was contacted to say 2 slats in the bed were broken and they had ordered a whole new bed for £129.99 so would be pursuing us for the extra £29.99 as well as the £100 deposit! These slats are available with free delivery from eBay for £8.13 for 3! Also we left a light on?? And didn’t ‘fold the duvets up’ - even tho I’m sure they need airing for so long due to Covid before they are used again. Don’t stay in one of ‘Dee’s Caravans’ you will only get scammed. Hopefully Booking.com will be able sort this for us and see that we are good customers who look after the property’s we stay at.

Caravan was in perfect spot,very close to all amenities,everything in caravan needed to have a comfortable stay.

There was no lighting in one twin room,no batteries in remote to turn the fire on.Toilet took along time to refill after a flush.
