What you see with this property is what you get! Normally when people say something like that it’s not good… however photos don’t do this place justice! By far the best vacation property I’ve ever stayed in. Me and my friends spend 4 nights in the sawtooths backpacking and this place was the perfect place to recoup and take in all the sights of Boise! The heated pool was very relaxing and sitting around the fire fellowshipping were some of my favorites.
Debbie was very easy to get ahold of during our stay, and when she was busy she gave us a property reps number who answered our text within 5 minutes.
The bikes are in the shed in the rear of the patio, right by the grill. (We were confused because in the front of the house we saw some bikes and thought these were the ones we had access to… however Debbie and Abby quickly returned our call)
There is plenty to do in this area… resturants, bars, and breweries!!!
An Uber to downtown only cost about $5 and your literally about 13 minutes from the airport.
We were greeted with a bottle of wine and personalized message on the board when we arrived.
I promise you won’t be disappointed if you choose this property. They won best of Boise in 2019 and it shows!!!!

Perfect accommodations for a family with ALL ages, from 11 months to 64 years old. House was clean and set up was very welcoming! Enjoyed the bicycles and walk to the river. One of the young men in our group even tried the surfing.

We had a great visit with 3 kids and 3 adults. The pool and hot tub were so great to entertain the kids and they loved all the pool toys. The outdoor sitting area and fire pit were cozy. The inside had great space and comfy beds for all. Would definitely rent again when we come back to Boise.

We loved staying at the Villas during our recent Boise trip. It was close enough to walk to the river or bike downtown but still in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard is a relaxing oasis and our entire family loved the pool and outdoor space. The inside of the house is modern but comfortable and we had everything we needed. We hope to stay at the Villas again for our next trip!

Fantastic property and experience. Amenities galore, including hot tub, fire pit, salt water pool, and open design. The property exceeded expectations. Easily sleeps 6 adults, and can accommodate up to 8 if needed. Host / communication was superb. Highly recommend all around. Thank you Debbie and team!

This property is a dream! Beautifully designed and decorated, it felt very welcoming. The open living space was great, and the large sliding doors out to the pool and hot tub made it easy to watch over the family in the hot tub (especially since it was 10 degrees outside). So many great personal touches to top it all of. Will definitely be back again!

It was a great trip! I can’t say enough how wonderful the property and people are. We’re from Minneapolis going to a wedding. I realized less than a week before, I made reservations for the wrong YEAR. 2023 instead of 2022. In a panic, I asked Debbie and Molly if we could switch the dates and luckily it was available. We were getting in very late with 2 adult kids and 2 young kids so we wouldn’t have time to get food. I made a request for grocery shopping with less than 24 hrs notice and they somehow made it happen! It made all the difference! Although one kid was cranky the whole time, the remaining 3 had a blast. The heated pool was amazing the boys swam everyday while the adults hottub in the evening after the young kids went to bed. The linens were fabulous, the beds were awesome, the fine detail of the place was impressive! Highly recommended. We have wonderful brunches and everything was very close, easy traffic. We ate at an amazing Russian place down the block called Alyonka. We ate at blue bench, and goldys for brunch. All great places. The house was relatively close to scenic downtown and we even took a scenic hike up to table rock.

This place is amazing! I haven’t stayed in a property where I felt like I’d been away at a private spa, but this fulfilled that dream and more. Great hosts, wonderful accommodation and it exceeded every expectation. Can’t ask for more in a getaway. Thanks!

The villa is amazing. After many days on the road and in standard hotels, we treated ourselves to a few nights in this incredible place. Our two teenagers were in heaven with the pool. Inside the decor is just right-- comfortable but modern and spacious. I had to get out my one clean summer dress because it is that kind of place-- you feel like you're at a resort and being taken care of at every level. On a practical note, we loved the location (easy walk to the incredible riverfront park), it felt very private, and the AC worked perfect (critical in Boise in August!). Communication with Debbie was fantastic. We would love to return on our next trip through Boise! Thank you for a lovely stay.

A home away from home the stay was absolutly perfect
We have stayed in many different rentals and this one by far was spectactular I would highly recommed anyone travling to Idaho to stay in this perfect get away. Our whole family enjoyed every minute of it thank you so much!

Relaxing Family Reunion
What a beautiful week we spent in Boise with family at the Villa! The home was full of special touches that made our stay so comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was well-appointed for our family of cooks, we were able to comfortably accommodate everyone from adults to kids, even my little eight month old nephew had a ball! Thank you for allowing us a place to reconnect with our Boise family, and feel like we were all on vacation together.

Property and hosts were awesome! Communication was pretty good! The only issue are the neighbors! They blew their lawn clippings over the fence into the backyard while we were hanging out back there.

Amazing property
Had everything we needed, especially in the hot weather. The outdoor space was just what we needed to relax under the heat of the sun. The house was spacious & well furnished very comfortable. Will definitely book again when mom ing back to the area.

Relaxing and fun stay!
We had an amazing week in Boise and at the Villa! The house was beautiful! The best part was the hot tub and pool. We weren’t sure if it would be warm enough out to even use the pool but it was so warm, our kids swam every single day! Felt like our own little resort in the backyard. We also just loved the location of the house and how close everything was! We did lots of sight-seeing, hiking, etc. and never had to drive farther than 5-10 minutes. Our only suggestion for the house would be some more kitchen supplies (a few bigger pots and pans, a cheese grater, etc). We will definitely be coming back to Boise and hope the Villa will be available when we do. :)
