It was a lovely place to stay! Walking distance to the beach, with a great view! Very quiet. It was perfect for the 3 of us, it seems a little small for 6 people, unless they are children.

This place was perfect for our family of 5. Kids age 6, 4 and 2. Very close walk to the beach, views of the gulf, plenty of space.

We really loved the short walk to the beach! Although the room wasn’t perfect it was nice for short weekend get away! We weren’t all that worried about the little things but when we got their our code wasn’t working to get in. We had to call and wait for them to reset everything before we could get in. The kitchen and living room were really nice, one of the bathroom sinks and bathtub doesn’t drain quickly so you have to stand in a decent amount of water in the bottom of the tub when showering, and there was a hole in one of the walls in the bathroom. Not a make or break for us. Overall we had a really good time.

Love the condo, but need a bit more cleaning the curtains were dusty like just grabbing them to open you can feel the dirt in your hands ! As well as the shower curtain just a bit of cleaning won’t hurt! Other than that great location!

Our condo was very clean. The layout was great. The decor was beautiful. The best part was even though we wet on the beach you could see the ocean from the kitchen and the view from the deck was incredible. We will definitely book this condo in the future.

This was our first family trip to destin and we will definitely be coming back. We have 3 under 10 and this condo had everything we needed. We could all easily walk to the beach and could even see the water from our balcony. We were only a few minutes away from target and Walgreens which was super convenient. The condo was cute, clean and had everything we needed for cooking which make it easy to feed the family. Would highly recommend and hope to book again next year!

Have stayed at Sandpiper several times, LOVE the beach and beach service! The water is amazing but the pools are only a few steps away. The condo was great, minor glitch with lock code that was fixed with a phone call in minutes. Plan to return next year

Love the condo, but need a bit more cleaning the curtains were dusty like just grabbing them to open you can feel the dirt in your hands ! As well as the shower curtain just a bit of cleaning won’t hurt! Other than that great location!

The Unit Check in process was very easy...the unit is on the second floor so if stairs on an issue, this may not be the location for you. The unit was pretty clean (I did find a hair on the toilet, a red spot on the bathroom baseboard, and old/dried coffee grinds in the coffee pot-rendering it unusable). The location was wonderful (across street from beach and near pool) with plenty of space for me and my husband. One of the biggest cons we had was the fact that they left 6 towels for the 2 of us for 5 days (which was fine for us), but, if there is a larger group, the lack of towels may be an issue as there is NO washer/dryer. The decorations are a bit dated but they still function. Also, the TVs work but are very small. Bring your own beach chairs. Our biggest issue was the bathtub drain. I had no contact number, so I just responded to an email. I did get a quick response letting me know a ticket would be created. The next day I received a text asking for further details about the issues (there was a leaking shower head had sprayed up on the ceiling so much that the plaster had clogged the drain and covered the floor). The next message advised me that they would update the ticket and someone would be out. I received no further communication! It just so happened my husband went up to the unit to order lunch as the maintenance man was leaving, my husband made a comment as to how quickly the problem was resolved. The man told my husband there wasn't an issue. My husband again explained there was a huge leak anytime you adjusted the shower head and then proceeded to show him and discussed the major drainage problem. The guy purchased and installed a new shower head quickly. He let my husband see that it was fixed, however, the drainage problem was never addressed (blamed on the unit having a slow drain). We were still standing in ankle deep water for our showers. On our way home, I again texted the number back to let them know that there was still a drainage problem that needed to be addressed but go no response. The Property There are 3 hot tubs for the entire condo complex and none of them seem to be very hot. The heated pool also doesn't seem to be very heated. There arent any indoor options/splash pads or anything on the property (there is a waterpark nearby). Also, in passing, there is a strange sewer smell in some areas. If you are planning on walking to any local restaurants, there is only one gate in/out-so you have to take the long route
