This house was very conveniently located and had plenty of space. We will definitely be staying here again.

Modern accomodations in the heart of the historic district. Be warned it is not fully handicap accessible though, as there is a step up to the building entrance, and the entrance approach is not accessible either due to a large column partially blocking the key pad. Luckily these were not deal-breakers, as my husband uses a walker, and can navigate a single step, but others may not be so lucky. The rooptop access is also not handicap accessible, as the elevator doesn’t go that far. Stairs are the only way up to the roof. That said, this is one of the few rentals with an elevator in the historic district, and all on one floor as well. Also one of the few rentals to have a large sofa, not just club chairs, and a traditional dining set, not just a tiny table with backless stools. Since this was a family reunion of sorts, it was nice to have space for everyone to gather comfotably. Lots of space for the 5 adults in our party. Plenty of natural light from the wrap around balcony. Road traffic below was noisy though. We kept the windows closed and the noise was still quite loud. Kitchen had what we needed. No washer/dryer, although there appeared to be a hookup in one of the closets. Management was available and responsive to questions and requests. My only complaint was that the door code was never sent to me as promised. I had to contact them to get it. Overall, a nice place. I would stay there again.

We Have used Lucky Savannah several times and always been super satisfied with their properties, however this property was a disappointment. The property was not as clean as expected. Leftover food in oven drawer, Balcony furniture was super dirty . Large Windows were very dirty . Dishwasher door broken. Ad stated T.V. In every bedroom ,however only 2 bedrooms had a T.V. Very noisy through the walls from other condo . For a positive, the location was great .

1. Food left in the refrigerator from the prior guest
2. The water dispenser in the refrigerator had mold in the "tube".
3. The communal area was quite small.
4. The dishwasher would not close you had to practically slam it to get it to shut. The door hung low so you had to be careful not to have the bottom rack roll on the floor.
5. Broom provided was broken in two pieces and useless, so had to improvise to sweep floors.
6. When you have children under 2 there is no convenient parking to unload. Parking in general an issue.
7. The shade in the master bedroom did not block out enough light and the room.
I think this place would be GREAT for a girl's weekend, guy's weekend, bachelor or bachelorette party. I would recommend this place for that type of event, but not one if you are using this as a "home base" to attend events around the Savannah area that is not within walking distance. (i.e. Golf outing, family reunion on the Island, etc.). Not for young children. Noise was not a problem.

We rented this space for a girls’ trip. The best part about it is the location. We were walking distance from shops, restaurants and activities. The condo was clean and had a variety of room configurations. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. One disappointment was that the lounge chairs pictured on the roof top were not there, only metal tables & chairs.

Was absolutely perfect location and had everything we needed! Condo was extremely clean and had great space for people to relax and get comfortable. The balconies were so nice to have in the mornings to sit out with coffee and enjoy the day. Would absolutely recommend!

The Condo is as described. It's in the heart of the historical district, walking distance from city market, river street and many other attractions. Accommodations were very good; we especially enjoyed the rooftop deck. The cooking pans and utensils were limited,, some of the beds were a little firm and as described in other reviews the walls are paper thin when it comes to sound.

The location was great. We were there to celebrate a birthday. The unit highlights were plenty of beds. The cons were that it was not cleaned properly. There was grease over the cabinets on top of the stove and tape left on the cabinets from a prior guest that must have hung something. The place needs painting and above the mirror lots of paint was missing. My guess is that it was also used to hang things from prior renters. Also the coffee table finish was coming off all over the top and edges. The rooms were very neat and clean. They left a used towel In The shower in one bath room and none of us used that room. In addition some of the curtains were hung inside out and the poles were missing end tabs. So closing them by hand took some care as they could fall off. Cigarette butts were left in the balcony off main living room at the base on the sliding doors. Also the kitchen needed supplies. We had no mixer and items were scarce. The iron turned on and off and only one half of the toaster worked. We were disappointed. We would like to be reimbursed for cleaning and also have the expectation was not met.

We used this rental for a family gathering. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms available. Each room with 2 twin beds had their own bathroom and the other 3 bedrooms shared a bathroom. Only 2 of the bedrooms have windows the main bedroom and the room with 1 twin bed. The other bedrooms are interior rooms. We had 7 adults in our group but the dining room table only seated 6. The kitchen was well equipped. The rental was clean and there was no problem with outside noise at night. We had to call maintenance to replace 2 lightbulbs in the dining room and the living room light & fan did not work during our stay. The location was easy walking distance to the downtown area and restaurants. We felt very safe walking around the area. Parking was convenient in the State St. parking garage a couple blocks away. There was no street parking available. There was a Kroger located about 1 1/2 miles away if you want to stock the kitchen with food or beverages. We would definitely stay in this rental again.

We had a reunion of sorts, met with people I served with 35 years ago, the apartment we rented was just superb in cost and location . Certainly added to all of my fond mememories!

I have mixed reviews on this condo.... The location is amazing,you can walk anywhere! It is a prime location. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The listing says 2 bathrooms but there are 3. The beds are comfy and the linens were clean. The place is decorated nicely. There is a full size fridge and freezer. The rooftop area was awesome and had BBQ’s too cool in and cornhole. However, the one big master suite does not have a bathroom off of it and the AC does not work well in the master suite. It works well in the rest of the condo and other bedrooms. We literally had to have the other rooms so cold to have proper AC in the master. There are also ZERO mirrors in the master bedroom. This is a challenge because there are only 3 bathrooms and with a large party ( we had 8 people) there is no where to get ready and put on make up and blow dry hair, etc..... there is also only one hairdryer! So make sure to bring your own if you will have multiple ladies staying at the condo. Also be aware only 2 of the three bedrooms have windows, all the other rooms have NO windows. This makes it challenging to wake up for the people in the darker rooms without the natural light peeking in at morning. In the family room, the living room rug is totally a mess and needs to be replaced. There is also paint peeling off the wall in the dining area above the mirror hanging in the wall. The dishwasher does not close properlyand the ceiling fan does not work in the family room. Parking is also totally inconvenient. You have to park blocks away.Luckily we had great weather when we were in Savannah . If it was raining , getting to your car in one of the parking garages wouldn’t be pleasant. Parking wasn’t too expensive in the garages.Overall, I would not stay there again because I wasn’t impressed for the price they charged and the cleaning fees being crazy. When we arrived we were greeted by the friendly staff who were very accommodating by storing our luggage until check in and offering a room to change! The location is perfect. Walking distance to everywhere made it easy with our large group. Savannah Smiles dueling piano bar is a must see and don't forget the Savannah Slow Ride Pedal tour. River Street was a blast. Be sure to visit the Top deck Rooftop bar and get their Mimosa tower. The property was great. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. We loved our private balcony, I suggest you stay in a corner unit where you will get an oversized one. The rooftop was a nice bonus and they even had a grill. Check in and check out were very easy as well. We would love to go back again in the future.

Our family of 5 was able to enjoy the downtown Savannah experience by staying at Whitaker Street. The location was incredible with walking distance to most all locations we were interested in within the historic district. The rental was clean and modern, well stocked kitchen. We felt safe in the area. Street noise was an issue for the outer bedroom. We were unable to get the air conditioning to work which made the nights a bit uncomfortable. The ceiling fan also did not work so that added to the warmth. Otherwise, an incredible stay. Would certainly stay again in a heartbeat.

For the money spent on 3 nights, there should have been enough of the basic necessities to get us by - trash bags, coffee, paper towels ect. The tvs / remotes didn't work, and for the money spent, we would have expected better. The location was great but I would not stay here again. The staff was rude both times i called before checking in, and although it was basically clean, the maid service missed very obvious things like tape on the door ways left by the last group who rented.

We were a group of 10 women in our 40s and 50s and this was the perfect place for us to stay. I have no idea why they advertise this as 2 bathroom - there are 3 bathrooms! We walked everywhere. We thought we had an issue with the refrigerator so we called the office and someone came right away. Great location, THREE BATHROOMS, clean, great service.

Super convenient location! We were right downtown and walked just about everywhere we needed to go. Ride shares were easy to get both for spending a day at Tybee Island and for getting to and from the airport. Also, plenty of bathroom space for 9 girls to get ready in efficient time!
