Room was dirty, Booking.com is full froud. Hotel charged 2340 rs. But booking.com booked at Rs 900. It's full of froud. There is no refund thill the time. Booking.com says we refund only in USD & URO.

I liked the unprofessional behaviour of the staff who is there on reception to humiliate the guest came for checking in and they have been well trained for not giving a **** for the customers view/reviews.
It seems Booking.com is working independently and not in relation with the Hotel property because the app is suggesting to pay a certain amount and upon reaching the property, and after spending a good amount of travel expense in scorching sun, the property is asking to double the amount shown on Booking site unless they will not entertain even to talk.
Imaging sitting in lobby and searching another property for stay and bearing another travel expense, just because Booking.com is not shown enough professionalism in booking experience and mismanaging the things which the customer has to bare the burden.

There is nothing to like in this hotel.
You people makes fool to a family by selecting these type of hotel with aweful and poor location .
It's a only for couple who stays for one night .
And rate is also too high in this booking .com

I booked it by 600 rupees via online but hotel staff took extra charge 700 rupees so altogether its booking cost 1300.
Why you people make fool every one?

1.Room Service - Water Bottle Provided only on the 1st day after that it was all chargeable.That was shocking for me.
2. Staff Behaviour on 16th Night - He forced me to make the payment for entire 8 days of stay in full even after I had made 50% of total payment before check in. So had to make the payment for whole 8 days before even spending 24hrs of stay.
3. Staff was adamant in taking the payment in cash or gp instead of Credit Card.

I had updated my check in time to 5 to 6 Am.
I had contacted the hotel over phone and they assured the check in time without any extra charge.
After reaching the hotel in the Morning they informed me that some 30 percent extra fare had to be paid for the Morning che ch in time.
As I had already made payment of more than 98percent of tarrif online, i was left with no choice but to check in with my family.
This kind of miss information is clear case of cheating on your part. I will be paying extra tarrif while checking out and will try my best to consult my lawyer to raise comlaint regarding your service in consumer forum Or any other relevant department at the earliest.
I regret for being fooled by you. This is just unfair.
